Abstract

A small pipe cleaning robot comprises at least two power systems, multiple connecting mechanisms, and at least one expansion platform. The two power systems are located at the front and rear ends of the robot. Each power system includes a frame, a housing, at least three extension devices, and at least three moving devices. The extension devices are spaced around the frame, the housing is located outside the frame, and the moving devices are connected to the outer side of the extension devices. Each moving device has a drive wheel set at one end and a passive wheel set at the other. The drive wheel set is a motor-driven dual-wheel mechanism, and the wheels are high-friction tires. The passive wheel set is an elastic swing mechanism. The at least one expansion platform is located between the two power systems, and the connecting mechanisms connect adjacent power systems and expansion platforms. Each expansion platform has a cylindrical body with multiple omnidirectional wheels on its outer side, and the maximum outer diameter of the expansion platform is smaller than the minimum outer diameter of the power system.

Claims

1.
