Abstract

This invention discloses a self-service printing vending machine dispensing device, comprising a fixed plate, a moving motor, a negative pressure pump, a movable plate, two pulleys, a transmission belt, a connecting frame, a limiting slide rail, a protective mechanism, a connecting pipe, four negative pressure suction cups, and a buffer mechanism. The moving motor and the negative pressure pump are fixedly connected to the upper end of the fixed plate. The output end of the negative pressure pump is provided with the protective mechanism, and the connecting pipe is provided on the protective mechanism. One side of the transmission belt is fixedly connected to the connecting frame, and the connecting frame is fixedly connected to the movable plate. The four negative pressure suction cups are provided at the lower end of the movable plate. The buffer mechanism is provided between the four negative pressure suction cups and the movable plate. The buffer mechanism effectively offsets the impact force generated when the suction cups come into contact with the printing fixture, avoiding scratches or damage to the fixture surface, and preventing the negative pressure suction cups from warping after long-term use. It ensures that the negative pressure suction cups and the fixture are always in close contact, reducing air leakage problems, thereby improving adsorption stability and reducing the dispensing failure rate.

Claims

1. A self-service printing vending machine dispensing device, comprising a fixed plate, a movable motor, a negative pressure pump, a movable plate, two pulleys, a transmission belt, a connecting frame, a limiting slide rail, a protective mechanism, a connecting pipe, four negative pressure suction cups, and a buffer mechanism, wherein the movable motor is fixedly connected to the upper end of the fixed plate, the negative pressure pump is fixedly connected to the upper end of the fixed plate, the movable plate and the two pulleys are disposed below the fixed plate, and the output end of the movable motor passes through the fixed plate and is fixedly connected to one of the two pulleys. Then, another pulley is rotatably connected to the lower end of the fixed plate, the transmission belt is sleeved on the two pulleys, the protective mechanism is set at the output end of the negative pressure pump, the connecting pipe is set on the protective mechanism, the connecting frame is fixedly connected to one side of the transmission belt, the connecting frame is fixedly connected to the movable plate, the limiting slide rail is fixedly connected to the lower end of the fixed plate, the upper end of the movable plate is slidably connected to the limiting slide rail, the four negative pressure suction cups are set at the lower end of the movable plate, and the buffer mechanism is set between the four negative pressure suction cups and the movable plate.

The self-service printing vending machine dispensing device as described in claim 1, wherein four spherical limiting frames are embedded in the movable plate, the four spherical limiting frames are respectively located above the four negative pressure suction cups, each of the spherical limiting frames has an opening at both the upper and lower ends, and a rotating ball is provided in each of the spherical limiting frames, the buffer mechanism includes a sleeve and a sliding tube, the lower end of the sleeve passes through the rotating ball and is fixedly connected to a second limiting ring, the sleeve is located inside the upper and lower openings of the spherical limiting frame, the sliding tube is located inside the sleeve, and the lower end of the sliding tube communicates with the negative pressure suction cup.

The self-service printing vending machine dispensing device as described in claim 2, wherein the upper end of the sliding tube is connected to the connecting tube, a first limiting ring and a third limiting ring are fixedly connected to the side wall of the sliding tube, the first limiting ring is located above the sleeve, the third limiting ring is located below the second limiting ring, a buffer spring is sleeved on the sliding tube, and the upper and lower ends of the buffer spring are fixedly connected to the adjacent side walls of the second limiting ring and the third limiting ring, respectively.

The self-service printing vending machine dispensing device as described in claim 2, wherein the sleeve is fixedly connected to the rotating ball, and the outer diameter of the sleeve is smaller than the inner diameter of the openings on the upper and lower sides of the spherical limiting frame.

The self-service printing vending machine dispensing device as described in claim 3, wherein an abutting outer frame is slidably connected to the sliding tube, the lower end of the abutting outer frame abuts against the upper edge surface of the negative pressure suction cup, an abutting spring is sleeved on the sliding tube, and the upper and lower ends of the abutting spring abut against the third limiting ring and the adjacent side wall of the abutting outer frame, respectively.

6. The self-service printing vending machine dispensing device as described in claim 1, wherein the protective mechanism includes a protective box, a dust filter, and a water-blocking frame. The protective box is fixedly installed on the upper end of the fixed plate. The negative pressure end of the negative pressure pump passes through the upper side wall of the protective box and communicates with the protective box. One end of the connecting pipe near the negative pressure pump passes through the front side wall of the protective box and communicates with the protective box. The dust filter and the water-blocking frame are disposed inside the protective box. The dust filter is located above the water-blocking frame. The water-blocking frame includes a transverse side wall and a longitudinal side wall. The top end of the longitudinal side wall is vertically connected to the transverse side wall, making the water-blocking frame bend at a right angle. The front end of the transverse side wall of the water-blocking frame is fixedly connected to the front inner wall of the protective box. The longitudinal side wall of the water-blocking frame is located behind the point where the connecting pipe communicates with the protective box.
