Abstract
Claims
1. A printing press platform lifting device, comprising a bottom fixed plate, a lifting platform, a height adjustment mechanism, and four limiting traction mechanisms. The lifting platform is disposed above the bottom fixed plate. The height adjustment mechanism and the four limiting traction mechanisms are disposed between the lifting platform and the bottom fixed plate. The four limiting traction mechanisms are respectively located at the four corners between the lifting platform and the bottom fixed plate. The height adjustment mechanism is located at the center of the four limiting traction mechanisms. The height adjustment mechanism comprises a mounting plate, an adjusting motor, two driving gears, two rotating shafts, two transmission gears, two driven gears, and two adjusting gear plates. The mounting plate is fixed. On the bottom fixed plate, the adjusting motor is fixedly connected to one side of the mounting plate. The adjusting motor is a double-headed motor with two output ends. The two driving gears are respectively fixedly connected to the two output ends of the adjusting motor. The two rotating shafts are respectively rotatably connected to the front and rear ends of the mounting plate. The two transmission gears are respectively fixedly connected to the ends of the two rotating shafts away from the mounting plate and respectively mesh with the two driving gears. The two driven gears are respectively fixedly connected to the sides of the two transmission gears away from the mounting plate. The two adjusting gear plates are fixedly connected to the lower end of the lifting platform, and the two driven gears respectively mesh with the two adjusting gear plates.
2. The printer platform lifting device as described in claim 1, wherein the height adjustment mechanism further includes two auxiliary rods and two auxiliary plates, the two auxiliary rods being fixedly connected to one side of one of the two driven gears, the two auxiliary plates being fixed to the upper end of the bottom fixed plate, and the ends of the two auxiliary rods away from the two driven gears being rotatably connected to the two auxiliary plates.
3. The printer platform lifting device as described in claim 1, wherein a limiting slide groove is provided on one side end of each of the adjusting toothed plates, and two limiting vertical plates are fixedly connected to the upper end of the bottom fixed plate, and one side end of each of the two limiting vertical plates extends into the limiting slide groove and is slidably connected to the limiting slide groove.
4. The printer platform lifting device as described in claim 1, wherein each of the limiting traction mechanisms includes a limiting tube, a limiting rod and a traction spring, the limiting tube is fixed to the lower end of the lifting platform, the limiting rod is fixed to the upper end of the bottom fixing plate, the upper end of the limiting rod extends into the limiting tube and is slidably connected to the limiting tube, the traction spring is sleeved on the limiting tube, and the upper and lower ends of the traction spring are respectively fixedly connected to the adjacent sidewalls of the lifting platform and the bottom fixing plate.
5. The printer platform lifting device as described in claim 1, wherein the adjusting motor is a servo motor.
6. The printer platform lifting device as described in claim 1, wherein the dimensions of the two driven gears and the two driving gears are both smaller than the dimensions of the two transmission gears.
