Abstract

This invention relates to a hot water constant temperature control device, which is installed in an electric heating body to control the hot water temperature and maintain it within a preset temperature range. The aforementioned constant temperature control device uses direct current (DC) power as its energy source and comprises a heating unit, a temperature sensing element, a power conversion unit, and a central processing unit (CPU). The central processing unit (CPU) is electrically connected to the heating unit, the temperature sensing element, and the power conversion unit. With the composition of the aforementioned components, the device achieves the purpose of maintaining a constant hot water temperature and preventing the danger of electric leakage when using DC power.

Claims

1. A hot water constant temperature control device, which is installed in an electric heating body to control the water temperature and maintain it within a preset temperature range; the aforementioned constant temperature control device includes: A heating unit, installed inside the water tank within the heating element, is electrically connected to the DC power output from the power conversion unit to heat the water inside the tank. A temperature sensing element, installed on the surface of the water tank within the heating element and connected to the heating unit to form an electrical circuit, controls the water temperature inside the tank. A power conversion unit is a circuit that rectifies AC power to DC power, providing power for the device's operation. A central processing unit, connected to the heating unit, temperature sensing element, and power conversion unit in an electrical circuit, is responsible for receiving, analyzing, and processing the signal data output from these components before sending execution instructions. This electrical circuit, when implemented, aims to maintain a constant water temperature and prevent electrical leakage hazards when powered by DC power.
