Abstract

This invention provides a magazine, including a magazine body, a first rib structure, and a second rib structure. The magazine body has an internal accommodating space and includes a top, a bottom, an inward-curved side, an outward-curved side, and two side walls. The first rib structure is located on the inward-curved side and includes a plurality of first transverse ribs, with a first spacing defined between adjacent ribs. The second rib structure is located on the outward-curved side and includes a plurality of second transverse ribs, with a second spacing defined between adjacent ribs. The first spacing is smaller than the second spacing. The top transverse rib closest to the top protrudes to form a stop surface facing the top. This invention significantly improves the stability of gripping and extraction, and the stop surface prevents the magazine from being excessively inserted into the firearm, thus preventing damage.

Claims

1. A magazine, comprising: A housing having an internal accommodating space, the housing having a top, a bottom relative to the top, an inwardly curved side, an outwardly curved side relative to the inwardly curved side, and two side walls connecting the inwardly curved side and the outwardly curved side; a first rib structure disposed on the inwardly curved side of the housing and including a plurality of first transverse ribs extending in a transverse direction, with a first spacing defined between adjacent first transverse ribs; and a second rib structure disposed on the outwardly curved side of the housing and including a plurality of second transverse ribs extending in the transverse direction, with a second spacing defined between adjacent second transverse ribs; wherein the first spacing is smaller than the second spacing; wherein one of the second transverse ribs is a top transverse rib closest to the top, the portion of the top transverse rib protruding relative to the outwardly curved side forming a stop surface, the stop surface facing the top.

2. The magazine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lateral direction is substantially perpendicular to one of the extended axes of the magazine body from the top to the bottom.

3. The magazine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ends of the first transverse ribs and the second transverse ribs have a rounded corner structure.

4. The magazine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first transverse ribs and the second transverse ribs further extend to the side walls.

5. The magazine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surfaces of the first rib structure and the second rib structure are embossed.

6. The magazine as described in claim 1, wherein each of the two side walls is provided with a symmetrically arranged transparent window, the transparent window connecting the outer surface of the magazine body and the receiving space.

7. The magazine as described in claim 6, further comprising: A cartridge tray is disposed in the receiving space of the cartridge body, and the position of the cartridge tray can be observed from the outside through the transparent window.

8. The magazine as described in claim 7, wherein the outer color of the follower is different from the outer color of the magazine body to provide visual contrast through the transparent window.

9. The magazine as described in claim 1, further comprising: A base plate sleeve is assembled to the bottom of the housing, and the periphery of the base plate sleeve protrudes beyond the outer surface of the bottom of the housing to form an expanded edge.

10. The magazine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the base plate sleeve has a through hole for a locking element to pass through in order to position the base plate sleeve at the bottom of the magazine body.
