Abstract

A high-temperature resistant hot bladed disk structure includes a base, a plurality of blades, a forward-swept disk, a backward-swept disk, and a plurality of screw fasteners. Each blade is fitted into a connecting hole in the base through a connecting portion extending from one end. The base, the forward-swept disk, and the backward-swept disk are connected and fixed together by the plurality of screw fasteners, and the plurality of blades can be adjusted to an optimal tilt angle, thereby increasing the distance and time that the gas stays on the blades, reducing the surging generated during gas stripping, reducing the fluid velocity, and avoiding secondary surging, thereby achieving the purpose of significantly improving blade rotation efficiency and improving fluid efficiency.

Claims

1. A high-temperature resistant hot-bladed disk structure, comprising: A base has a plurality of connecting holes on its outer side, and a plurality of internal through holes, a plurality of external through holes, and a shaft hole thereon; a plurality of fan blades, each fan blade having a connecting portion extending from one end, through which the fan blade is fitted into the connecting holes of the base; a forward-swept disk is disposed on one side of the base, the forward-swept disk having a forward-swept disk shaft hole, a plurality of forward-swept disk internal through holes, and a plurality of forward-swept disk external through holes; a backward-swept disk is disposed on the other side of the base, the backward-swept disk having a backward-swept disk shaft hole, a plurality of backward-swept disk internal through holes, and a plurality of backward-swept disk external through holes; Multiple screw fasteners pass through multiple internal and external through holes in the base, multiple internal and external through holes in the forward-swept disk, and multiple internal and external through holes in the backward-swept disk, thereby connecting the base, the forward-swept disk, and the backward-swept disk.

2. The high-temperature resistant hot bladed disk structure as described in claim 1, wherein the plurality of connecting holes of the base are of an equidistant and equiangular type.

3. The high-temperature resistant hot-bladed disk structure as described in claim 1, wherein the connecting part of the fan blades is further provided with a scale.

4. The high-temperature resistant hot bladed disk structure as described in claim 1, wherein there is an angle between the center of the fan blade and the center of the base, the angle being between 1 and 8 degrees.

5. The high-temperature resistant hot bladed disk structure as described in claim 1, wherein the forward-swept disk shaft hole corresponds to the shaft hole of the base.

6. The high-temperature resistant hot bladed disk structure as described in claim 1, wherein the perforations in the forward-swept disk correspond to the perforations in the base.

7. The high-temperature resistant hot bladed disk structure as described in claim 1, wherein the plurality of forward-swept disk external perforations correspond to the plurality of external perforations of the base.

8. The high-temperature resistant hot bladed disk structure as described in claim 1, wherein the swept disk shaft hole corresponds to the shaft hole of the base.

9. The high-temperature resistant hot bladed disk structure as described in claim 1, wherein the plurality of internal perforations of the swept disk correspond to the plurality of internal perforations of the base.

10. The high-temperature resistant hot bladed disk structure as described in claim 1, wherein the plurality of swept disk external perforations correspond to the plurality of external perforations of the base.
