Abstract

This invention relates to a bladeless fan-type induction anemometer suitable for teaching, comprising a device body, a first accommodating space, a second accommodating space, and an air measuring port. The air measuring port is connected to the first accommodating space, and the second accommodating space is adjacent to but not connected to the first accommodating space. A sensing unit is disposed in the first accommodating space and faces the air measuring port. A processing unit is signal-connected to the sensing unit and disposed in the second accommodating space. An indicating unit is disposed on the surface of the device body and signal-connected to the processing unit. A power unit is electrically connected to the processing unit. Thus, there are no exposed rotating blades or sensing pitot tubes, and the sensing unit is hidden in the first accommodating space, making it suitable for use by children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers.

Claims

1. A bladeless fan-type inductive anemometer suitable for teaching, comprising: A device body includes a first accommodating space, a second accommodating space, and an air measuring port. When the air measuring port faces a flowing gust of wind, the gust of wind flows into the first accommodating space through the air measuring port. The sensing unit detects the gust of wind and emits a sensing signal. The processing unit receives the sensing signal and emits a wind speed signal based on the sensing signal. The indicating unit receives the wind speed signal and emits a corresponding wind speed indication.

2. The bladeless fan-type inductive anemometer device suitable for teaching as described in claim 1, wherein, The sensing unit is either a hot-wire sensor or a differential pressure sensor.

3. The bladeless fan-type inductive anemometer device suitable for teaching as described in claim 1, wherein, The air measuring port is funnel-shaped.

4. The bladeless fan-type inductive anemometer device suitable for teaching as described in claim 1, wherein, The indicator unit has a display panel and multiple intensity lights; when the indicator unit receives the wind speed signal, it displays a wind speed of the gust on the display panel and lights up one of the intensity lights corresponding to the wind speed.

5. The bladeless fan-type inductive anemometer device suitable for teaching as described in claim 4, wherein, There are three aforementioned wind speed indicators: green, yellow, and red. A green light indicates a low wind speed, a yellow light indicates a medium wind speed, and a red light indicates a high wind speed.

6. The bladeless fan-type inductive anemometer device suitable for teaching as described in claim 1, wherein, A reset switch is located on the main body of the device, and the reset switch signal is connected to the processing unit; pressing the reset switch causes the processing unit to receive a reset signal, and the processing unit controls the indicator unit to stop issuing the wind speed indication according to the reset signal.

7. The bladeless fan-type inductive anemometer device suitable for teaching as described in claim 1, wherein, The device body has a hollow handle, which is positioned close to the second accommodating space.
