Abstract

This invention provides a control device based on valve control and status display, comprising: a control unit, a data acquisition module, a processing unit, and an input unit; the control unit is connected to and controls the vehicle's valve system to switch between open and closed states; the data acquisition module acquires the vehicle's boost pressure value; the processing unit has multiple control modes, which are selected through the input unit and then executed by the processing unit; each control mode is set with a pressure value corresponding to the boost pressure value, and at least one of the control modes, when the pressure value reaches the boost pressure value, correspondingly causes the valve to... The valve system is in the open state, and when the pressure value does not reach the boost value, the valve system is in the closed state. Therefore, this invention can be directly connected to a vehicle to combine real-time data monitoring and a multi-mode switching mechanism, allowing the driver to switch between standby and set modes via an input unit. Furthermore, by setting and switching control modes, or based on the gear position (e.g., D or S), the opening and closing of the valve system can be automatically controlled to optimize exhaust back pressure or power response, providing precise automated control of the valve system, thus balancing driving comfort and power performance.

Claims

1. A control device based on valve control and status display, comprising: a control unit connected to and controlling a valve system configured in a vehicle, for causing the valve system to be in an open state or a closed state; a capture module for capturing a boost value of the vehicle; and a processing unit coupled to the control unit, the capture module, and an input unit; wherein the processing unit is provided with multiple control modes, the input unit is used to select and cause the processing unit to execute the control mode; and the control mode is set with a pressure value corresponding to the boost value, at least one of the control modes causing the valve system to be in the open state when the pressure value reaches the boost value, and causing the valve system to be in the closed state when the pressure value does not reach the boost value.

2. The valve control and status display based control device as described in claim 1 further includes a display device correspondingly coupled to the processing unit, and the display device is used to correspondingly present the menu of the control mode.

3. The control device based on valve control and status display as described in claim 2, wherein, The processing unit further includes a standby mode and a setting mode. In the standby mode, the display device displays an image, and in the setting mode, the display device displays a menu of the control mode.

4. The control device based on valve control and status display as described in claim 3, wherein, The input unit causes the processing unit to switch to the standby mode or the setting mode.

5. The control device based on valve control and status display as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, At least one of the control modes is such that the processing unit does not control the valve system to be in the open or closed state.

6. The control device based on valve control and status display as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, The processing unit is further connected to a gear shift device of the vehicle, and at least one of the control modes corresponds to the valve system being closed when the gear shift device is in a D position and to the valve system being open when the gear shift device is in an S position.

7. The control device based on valve control and status display as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, At least one of the control modes is used to set the pressure value.
