Abstract

An automatic fixing pin pressing and testing device includes a support base, a rotary gripper module, and a servo press. The rotary gripper module is mounted on the support base to hold and rotate a workpiece. The servo press is mounted above the support base to press a fixing pin into the workpiece and perform a retraction force test.

Claims

1. An automatic fixing pin pressing and testing device, comprising: a support base; a rotating gripper module mounted on the support base for clamping and rotating a workpiece; and a servo press mounted above the support base for pressing a fixing pin into the workpiece and performing a retraction force test.

2. The automatic fixing pin pressing and detection device as described in claim 1 further comprises: a pneumatic sliding table, installed between the support base and the rotating gripper module, for moving the rotating gripper module.

3. The automatic fixing pin pressing and detection device as described in claim 2 further includes: a fixing fixture mounted on the support base for fixing the workpiece.

4. The automatic fixing pin pressing and detection device as described in claim 3, wherein the rotating gripper module includes: a working gripper for gripping the workpiece.

5. The automatic fixing pin pressing and detection device as described in claim 4, wherein the rotary gripper module further includes: a rotary motor connected to the working gripper for rotating the working gripper and the workpiece.

6. The automatic retaining pin pressing and detection device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the workpiece being processed comprises: a first assembly element; and a second assembly element, wherein the retaining pin secures the first assembly element to the second assembly element.

7. The automatic retaining pin pressing and testing device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the servo press includes: a punch for pressing the retaining pin into the workpiece and then performing the withdrawal force test.

8. The automatic fixing pin pressing and testing device as described in claim 7, wherein the servo press further includes: a display screen for displaying the operating status of the automatic fixing pin pressing and testing device.

9. The automatic locking pin pressing and testing device as described in claim 8 further includes: a safety start module disposed at one end of the support base for safe operation of the automatic locking pin pressing and testing device by an operator.

10. The automatic locking pin pressing and testing device as described in claim 9, wherein the safety start module includes: a first start switch; and a second start switch, respectively disposed on both sides of the safety start module, wherein the operator needs to simultaneously activate the first start switch and the second start switch to safely operate the automatic locking pin pressing and testing device.
