Abstract
Claims
1. A metering spray device, comprising: a body having a handle and a barrel, the handle being connected to the barrel; a water tank disposed above the body for storing a liquid; a spray nozzle disposed in the barrel and communicating with the water tank, one end of the spray nozzle forming a nozzle opening; a push rod slidably disposed in the spray nozzle; a sealing rubber component connected to the push rod and sealingly abutting against the inner wall of the spray nozzle; a metering regulator disposed in the body, comprising a fixed gear, a first rack, and a second rack, the fixed gear being pivotally mounted on the body and located between the first rack and the second rack, the first rack and the second rack respectively meshing with two opposite sides of the fixed gear; a return spring disposed in the body; and a trigger connected to the first rack and abutting against the return spring; wherein... When the trigger is pulled back, the first rack is driven to move backward and drive the fixed gear to rotate. The fixed gear drives the second rack to move forward and form a counter-movement with the first rack. The second rack pushes the push rod forward, causing the sealing rubber to slide forward in the nozzle and spray the liquid out of the nozzle. When the trigger is released, the return spring pushes the trigger back to its original position.
2. The metering spray device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first rack and the second rack are parallel to each other, and the fixed gear meshes with both the first rack and the second rack.
3. The metering spray device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the metering regulator further includes a limiting member for limiting the backward pull of one of the triggers to one of a plurality of segment positions, the plurality of segment positions corresponding to a plurality of metered water outputs.
4. The metering spray device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reset spring is a compression spring, the two ends of which abut against the trigger and the body, respectively.
5. The metering spray device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end of the spray pipe is provided with a nozzle, the nozzle being connected to the nozzle orifice and used to atomize and spray the liquid.
6. The metering spray device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a one-way inlet is provided between the water tank and the spray pipe, the one-way inlet being used to allow the liquid to flow unidirectionally from the water tank into the spray pipe only, and a one-way outlet is provided between the spray pipe and the nozzle, the one-way outlet being used to allow the liquid to flow unidirectionally from the spray pipe to the nozzle only.
7. The metering spray device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water tank has a water inlet and the water inlet is provided with a top cover that can be opened and closed to cover the water inlet.
8. The metering spray device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water tank is made of a transparent or semi-transparent material, and a scale is provided on the outer side of the water tank for observing the liquid level.
9. The metering spray device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the grip portion is perpendicularly connected to the barrel portion, and the grip portion is for the user to hold.
10. The metering spray device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sealing rubber component is a piston made of rubber.
