Abstract

This innovative impact-type ball machine addresses the functional limitations of conventional ball machines. It comprises: a frame; a ball supply unit for supplying balls; a ball holder for receiving balls supplied by the ball supply unit; a sensor for detecting the presence of a ball on the ball holder; a striking module including a drive rod rotatably mounted on the frame; a striking actuator for driving the drive rod; and a striking club driven by the rotation of the drive rod. When a processing module receives a signal indicating the presence of a ball, it controls the striking actuator to actuate, causing the drive rod to move the striking club from the striking position to the release position. The striking club then returns to the striking position under the action of an elastic element to strike the ball. This impact-type ball machine simplifies the ball-serving mechanism.

Claims

1. A ball-serving machine with impact, comprising: a frame (1); a ball-supplying unit (2) disposed on the frame (1) and used to place and supply a corresponding ball (B); a ball seat (3) disposed adjacent to the ball-supplying unit (2) to receive the ball (B) supplied by the ball-supplying unit (2); optionally, the ball seat (3) has two uprights (31) respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the ball seat (3) and extending upward; a sensor (4) disposed on the ball seat (3) for sensing whether there is a ball (B) on the ball seat (3); a ball-hitting module (5) comprising: a drive rod (51) rotatably disposed on the frame (1); a ball-hitting actuator (52) disposed on the frame (1) for driving the drive rod (51) to rotate; A striking stick (53) is rotatably mounted on the frame (1) and moves between a striking position (P1) and a release position (P2) driven by the rotation of the drive rod (51); the area of the striking stick (53) used to strike the ball (B) is defined as a striking part (531); an elastic element (54) is mounted on the frame (1); and a processing module (6) is coupled to the ball supply unit (2), the sensor (4), and the striking module (5) respectively to perform a striking step. In the firing step, when the processing module (6) receives a signal from the sensor (4) that the ball (B) is present, the processing module (6) controls the ball-hitting actuator (52) to operate, thereby driving the drive rod (51) to move, and causing the drive rod (51) to move the hitting stick (53) from the hitting position (P1) to the release position (P2); then, the hitting stick (53) will be returned to the hitting position (P1) by the action of the elastic member (54) to hit the ball (B).

2. The impact-type ball-launching machine as described in claim 1, wherein, The processing module (6) is used to perform a ball supply step; in the ball supply step, when the processing module (6) receives a signal from the sensor (4) that the ball (B) is not present, the processing module (6) controls the ball supply unit (2) to supply the ball (B) to the ball seat (3).

3. The impact-type ball-launching machine as described in claim 1, wherein, During the firing step, the continuous rotation of the drive rod (51) drives the batting stick (53) from the hitting position (P1) to the release position (P2), causing the batting stick (53) to apply force to the elastic member (54) and increase the potential energy of the elastic member (54). Then, when the drive rod (51) drives the batting stick (53) to the release position (P2), as the drive rod (51) continues to rotate, the drive rod (51) will disengage from the batting stick (53), and the elastic member (54) will release part of its accumulated potential energy and convert it into the kinetic energy of the batting stick (53), causing the batting stick (53) to move towards the hitting position (P1).

4. The impact-type ball-launching machine as described in claim 1, wherein, The striking stick (53) has a side-protruding actuating part (532) for the driving rod (51) to contact the actuating part (532) during a certain angle range during rotation, so as to drive the striking stick (53) from the striking position (P1) to the release position (P2).

5. The impact-type ball-launching machine as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, The striking part (531) protrudes from the striking stick (53) and is movably disposed on the striking stick (53) to change the position or angle at which the striking part (531) collides with the ball (B).

6. The impact-type ball-launching machine as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, The striking part (531) has a top surface (PT), a side peripheral surface (PS) and a bottom surface (PB); the top surface (PT) is a plane and protrudes from the bottom surface (PB); the side peripheral surface (PS) extends in an arc shape between the top surface (PT) and the bottom surface (PB) and is recessed toward the bottom surface (PB).

7. The impact ball-launching machine as described in claim 6, wherein, The striking part (531) is movably disposed on the striking stick (53) to change the position or angle at which the striking part (531) collides with the ball (B).

8. A movable ball machine, comprising: an impact ball machine as described in any one of claims 1 to 7; and a mobile carrier (7), comprising: a carrier body (71) connected to the frame (1); and a carrier drive module (72) for driving the carrier body (71) and the impact ball machine to move, thereby changing the position or angle of the impact ball machine.
