Abstract

An electrostatic dust collection device for a chimney, installed inside the chimney, includes a conductive component, a plurality of discharge tips, and a water curtain device. The conductive component is arranged in a ring shape inside the chimney. The discharge tips are arranged circumferentially along the conductive component and facing it, causing point discharge between the discharge tips and the conductive component to generate ions. The water curtain device is located above or near the conductive component to generate a water flow that washes away and removes the dust adhering to the conductive component. In one embodiment, the water curtain device is connected to a filter tank and a water collection tank, allowing the filtered water to be recycled and reused. This structural configuration enables dust collection within the chimney.

Claims

1. An electrostatic dust collection device for a chimney, comprising: a conductive member disposed within the chimney and arranged in a ring; a plurality of discharge tips disposed within the chimney and arranged circumferentially along the conductive member, wherein the discharge tips face the conductive member; wherein, The discharge tips form a tip discharge with the conductive member to generate ions, which charge the dust particles rising with the flue gas and cause them to adhere to the conductive member due to electrostatic action; and a water curtain device is disposed above or near the conductive member to generate water flow to wash away and remove the dust adhering to the conductive member.
