Abstract
Claims
1. A multi-level process water recycling system, comprising: a pure water supply unit; and a three-tank cleaning machine connected to the pure water supply unit, for cleaning a plurality of parts using the pure water provided by the pure water supply unit for cleaning the three-tank cleaning machine.
2. The multi-level process water recycling system as described in claim 1 further includes: a waste liquid storage tank connected to the three-tank cleaning machine to filter and settle a first waste liquid discharged from the three-tank cleaning machine to obtain a first recycled process water.
3. The multi-level process water recycling system as described in claim 2 further includes: a single-tank cleaning machine connected to the waste liquid storage tank to use the first-recycled process water to clean a plurality of minor parts.
4. The multi-level process water recycling system as described in claim 3 further includes: a separate waste liquid storage tank connected to the single-tank cleaning machine to receive a second waste liquid discharged from the single-tank cleaning machine, and to filter and settle it to obtain a second recycled process water.
5. The multi-level process water recycling system as described in claim 4 further includes: a waste liquid recovery device connected to the other waste liquid storage tank to receive the second recycled process water from the other waste liquid storage tank to obtain a third recycled process water.
6. The multi-level process water recycling system as described in claim 5 further includes: a cutting fluid mixing device connected to the waste liquid recovery device and the pure water supply device, for mixing the third-stage recycled process water, a cutting pure water and a cutting stock in proportion to form a cutting fluid.
7. The multi-level process water recycling system as described in claim 6 further includes: a machining machine connected to the cutting fluid mixing device for using the cutting fluid to process a workpiece.
8. The multi-level process water recycling system as described in claim 7 further includes: a cutting fluid recovery device connected to the machining machine and the waste fluid recovery device to collect the used cutting fluid and transfer it to the waste fluid recovery device for recycling.
9. The multi-level process water recycling system as described in claim 8, wherein the three-tank cleaning machine comprises: a first cleaning tank for performing a first cleaning of the parts; a second cleaning tank connected to the first cleaning tank for performing a second cleaning of the parts; a third cleaning tank connected to the second cleaning tank for performing a third cleaning of the parts; and a three-tank controller electrically connected to the first cleaning tank, the second cleaning tank, and the third cleaning tank to control the first cleaning tank, the second cleaning tank, and the third cleaning tank.
10. The multi-level process water recycling system as described in claim 9, wherein the single-tank cleaning machine comprises: a cleaning tank for cleaning the minor parts; and a single-tank controller electrically connected to the cleaning tank of the single-tank cleaning machine to control the cleaning tank of the single-tank cleaning machine.
