Abstract
Claims
1. A clamping device for preventing plate jamming, comprising a frame and a first support unit; the frame having two clamping arms extending along a second direction and spaced apart in a first direction; each clamping arm having a first side, a second side disposed in a third direction perpendicular to the second direction and opposite to the first side, a connecting end and an end portion disposed opposite in the second direction, and two third sides extending along the third direction and connecting the first side and the second side; the first support unit having first support members disposed on the first side of the two clamping arms and spaced apart from the corresponding connecting ends; characterized in that: the clamping device for preventing plate jamming further comprises first auxiliary support units disposed on the two clamping arms and away from the connecting ends; each first auxiliary support unit includes at least two spaced second support members disposed on the clamping arms, and a first auxiliary support member connected to the second support members and having a first auxiliary support portion; each first auxiliary support portion has an inclined surface, the inclined surface gradually inclined from the first side towards the second side as it extends from one side adjacent to the first side of the corresponding clamping arm toward the other clamping arm.

The clamping device for preventing plate jamming according to claim 1, characterized in that: the second support member is disposed on the first side of the clamping arm; the first auxiliary support member is fixedly connected to the two second support members; and the first auxiliary support unit is fixedly connected to the clamping arm.

The clamping device for preventing plate jamming according to claim 1, characterized in that: the second support member is disposed on the third side of the clamping arm; the first auxiliary support member further comprises a first surrounding portion connecting the first auxiliary support portion, a first hole disposed in the first surrounding portion, and a first fixing member disposed in the first hole to movably mount the first surrounding portion to the clamping arm.

The clamping device for preventing plate jamming according to claim 3, characterized in that: the clamping device for preventing plate jamming further includes a second auxiliary support unit respectively disposed on the clamping arm and located on one side of the end portion adjacent to the first auxiliary support unit; the second auxiliary support unit is spaced apart from the first auxiliary support unit and includes two spaced third support members disposed on the third side of the clamping arm, and a second auxiliary support member connected to the third support members and having a second auxiliary support portion.

The clamping device for preventing plate jamming according to claim 4, characterized in that: each of the second auxiliary support portions has two triangular inclined surface portions, the two triangular inclined surface portions are not coplanar and together form the outline of a quadrilateral, and the two triangular inclined surface portions as a whole exhibit an inclined trend away from the first side surface in both the direction away from the end portion of the clamping arm and in the direction away from the corresponding clamping arm.

A clamping device for preventing plate jamming according to any one of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that: the first fixing member has a second surrounding portion that is L-shaped and capable of clamping the clamping arm together with the first surrounding portion, a connecting portion connecting the second surrounding portion, a fastener, and a second hole provided in the connecting portion for the fastener to pass through; after the fastener passes through the first hole and the second hole, the first auxiliary support member and the first fixing member can be movably clamped in the clamping arm.

The clamping device for preventing jamming according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that: the second auxiliary support member further has a third surrounding portion connecting the corresponding second auxiliary support portion and the clamping arm, a third hole provided in the third surrounding portion, and a second fixing member provided in the third hole to movably mount the third surrounding portion to the clamping arm; the number of the second auxiliary support units provided on each clamping arm is the same.

The clamping device for preventing plate jamming according to claim 7, characterized in that: at least three first support members are provided at intervals on each of the clamping arms; the first surrounding portion has a first abutting portion abutting against a first side of the clamping arm; the third surrounding portion has a second abutting portion abutting against a first side of the clamping arm; a first gap is spaced between the second support member and the first abutting portion, and a second gap is spaced between the third support member and the second abutting portion; one of the first support members passes through the first gap to abut against the first auxiliary support portion and limit the distance that the first surrounding portion can move; the other of the first support members passes through the second gap to abut against the second auxiliary support portion and limit the distance that the third surrounding portion can move.
9. The clamping device for preventing plate jamming according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that: the number of the first support member, the first auxiliary support unit, the second support member, and the second auxiliary support unit provided on each of the clamping arms are the same; the frame further has a guide rod extending along the first direction, and the first support unit has at least one stop member provided on the guide rod.
