Abstract

This invention relates to a wind-pressure resistant reinforcement structure for agricultural net houses. The structure is primarily installed on a net house frame covered with a plastic mesh layer. This wind-pressure resistant reinforcement structure includes a reinforcing mesh layer with tensile strength covering the inner or outer side of the plastic mesh layer, and fixing components for positioning the plastic mesh layer and the reinforcing mesh layer. This allows for installation according to wind direction requirements, creating a double-layer stress buffer barrier within the net house and achieving high wind pressure resistance.

Claims

1. A wind-pressure-resistant reinforcement structure for agricultural greenhouses, mainly comprising a wind-pressure-resistant reinforcement structure mounted on a greenhouse frame having a plastic mesh layer, the wind-pressure-resistant reinforcement structure comprising: a reinforcement mesh layer, which is a woven mesh made of a high-toughness material, correspondingly covering one side of the plastic mesh layer; and a plurality of fixing components for fixing the reinforcement mesh layer to the greenhouse frame; wherein, The tensile strength of the reinforcing mesh layer is greater than that of the plastic mesh layer, and a double-layer stress dispersion effect is formed between the reinforcing mesh layer and the plastic mesh layer, which can be used to bear external wind pressure loads and reduce the elongation deformation of the plastic mesh layer caused by wind pressure.

2. The wind-pressure-resistant reinforcement structure for agricultural net houses as described in claim 1, wherein an elastic buffer gap is maintained between the reinforcing mesh layer and the plastic mesh layer, and the gap forms an air damping adjustment space between the reinforcing mesh layer and the plastic mesh layer.

3. The wind-pressure-resistant reinforcement structure for agricultural greenhouses as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein the reinforcement mesh layer is a high-toughness woven mesh made of one or a combination of high-strength multifilament, metal wire, and inorganic fiber.

4. The wind pressure-resistant reinforcement structure for agricultural net houses as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixing component includes a pressure strip and a fixing line, the pressure strip is mounted on the net house frame and has a groove for the reinforcement net layer to be embedded, and the fixing line is correspondingly engaged in the groove to fix the reinforcement net layer.

5. The wind-pressure-resistant reinforcement structure for agricultural net houses as described in claim 3, wherein the reinforcing mesh layer is further configured on the outside of the plastic mesh layer, and the mesh aperture of the reinforcing mesh layer is larger than that of the plastic mesh layer.

6. The wind-pressure-resistant reinforcement structure for agricultural net houses as described in claim 3, wherein the reinforcing mesh layer is further configured on the outside of the plastic mesh layer, and the mesh opening ratio of the reinforcing mesh layer is greater than that of the plastic mesh layer.

7. The wind-pressure-resistant reinforcement structure for agricultural greenhouses as described in claim 3, wherein the reinforcing mesh layer is further configured inside the plastic mesh layer, and the mesh aperture of the plastic mesh layer is larger than the mesh aperture of the reinforcing mesh layer.

8. The wind-pressure-resistant reinforcement structure for agricultural net houses as described in claim 3, wherein the reinforcing mesh layer is further configured inside the plastic mesh layer, and the porosity of the plastic mesh layer is greater than the mesh porosity of the reinforcing mesh layer.
