Abstract

A swimming goggle structure includes: a frame, a lens, a pad, a connector, and a headband. The lens has an extended surface with a fastening hole formed by laser cutting along the side of the lens away from the bridge of the nose. Using the same process, a plurality of closely spaced perforations and a plurality of connecting holes are formed on the circumferential surface of the lens and on the extended surface adjacent to the fastening hole. When molding the pad and frame, these perforations and connecting holes penetrate to allow the lens and frame to be integrated. Furthermore, the connecting holes can be pre-set into the shape of a desired display area, such as text, numbers, graphics, or a company logo. When used with the molded pad and frame, these holes grip and hold the display area protruding from the lens to show the text, numbers, graphics, or company logo.

Claims

1. A structure for swimming goggles, the structure comprising a frame, lens, pad, connector, and headband assembled into a pair of goggles, the connector being used to connect the two frames of the goggles, and the headband having its two ends respectively connected to the side edges of the two frames of the goggles, characterized in that: the lens has an extension surface, the extension surface having a fastening hole formed by laser cutting along the side of the lens away from the bridge of the nose, and a plurality of closely spaced perforations and a plurality of assembly holes formed by laser cutting on the peripheral surface of the lens and the surface of the extension surface adjacent to the fastening hole, such that the perforations and assembly holes are penetrated during the injection molding of the pad and the frame, so that the lens and the frame can be integrated.

2. The structure of the swimming goggles as described in claim 1, wherein a plurality of perforations on the peripheral surface of the lens and a plurality of connecting holes provided on the extended surface of the lens penetrate and hold the inner and outer sides of the lens during the injection molding of the pad and the frame, and by penetrating the connecting holes and holding the extended surface of the lens, a continuous watertight ring is formed on the inner side of the frame of the formed swimming goggles, while a non-continuous watertight ring is formed on the outer side of the frame.

3. The structure of the swimming goggles as described in claim 1, wherein the multiple array of connectors provided on the extended surface of the lens are preset into the shape of the desired display area, such as: text, numbers, patterns or corporate logos, and are directly raised on the lens display area in conjunction with the through gripping mechanism of the pad and the injection-molded frame.

4. The structure of the swimming goggles as described in claim 3, wherein the multiple array of contact holes provided on the extended surface of the lens are pre-formed into geometric marking blocks, which are used in conjunction with the through grips formed by the pad and the frame injection molding to raise the marking blocks on the lens, and the raised marking blocks are further processed to display text, numbers, patterns or corporate trademarks on the raised marking blocks.

5. The structure of the swimming goggles as described in claim 1, wherein the connector disposed between the two frames is formed together during the injection molding of the pad and the frames.

6. The structure of the swimming goggles as described in claim 1, wherein a support structure is provided between the inner side of the frame and the padding of the swimming goggles, the support structure being relative to the assembly holes, for strengthening the bonding force of the inner side of the frame to the lens, that is, by means of the support structure, when the swimming goggles are worn, the compression deformation process of the padding will not excessively pull on the assembly holes provided on the lens, so as to ensure that the multiple assembly holes passing through and holding the extension surface of the lens can be stably engaged.

7. The structure of the swimming goggles as described in claim 6, wherein the support structure is an integrally formed rib disposed between the inner side of the goggles frame and the padding.

8. The structure of the swimming goggles as claimed in claim 1, wherein a buffer structure is further provided between the inner side of the frame and the pad of the swimming goggles, the buffer structure being relative to the assembly holes, for absorbing the compressive deformation force of the pad when the swimming goggles are worn, without excessively pulling on the assembly holes provided on the lens, so as to ensure that the multiple assembly holes through which the lens is held can be securely engaged.

9. The structure of the swimming goggles as described in claim 8, wherein the cushioning structure is an integrally formed convex arc on the pad facing the inside of the frame of the swimming goggles.

10. A structure for swimming goggles, the structure of which includes at least a frame, a lens, a connector, and a headband assembled into a pair of goggles, the connector being used to connect the two frames of the pair of goggles, and the two ends of the headband being respectively connected to the side edges of the two frames of the pair of goggles, characterized in that: the lens has an extension surface, the extension surface having a fastening hole formed by laser cutting along the side of the lens away from the bridge of the nose, and a plurality of closely spaced perforations and a plurality of assembly holes formed by laser cutting on the peripheral surface of the lens and the surface of the extension surface adjacent to the fastening hole, such that the perforations and assembly holes are penetrated during the injection molding of the frame, so that the lens and the frame can be integrated.

11. The structure of the swimming goggles as claimed in claim 10, wherein a plurality of perforations on the peripheral surface of the lens and a plurality of connecting holes provided on the extended surface of the lens penetrate and hold the inner and outer sides of the lens during the injection molding of the pad and the frame, and through the penetration of the connecting holes and holding the extended surface of the lens, a continuous watertight ring is formed on the inner side of the frame of the formed swimming goggles, while a non-continuous watertight ring is formed on the outer side of the frame.

12. The structure of the swimming goggles as described in claim 10, wherein the multiple array of connectors provided on the extended surface of the lens are preset into the shape of the desired display area, such as: text, numbers, patterns or corporate logos, and are directly raised on the lens to display the display area in conjunction with the through gripping mechanism of the injection-molded frame.
