Abstract

This invention provides a sprinkler head structure for a fire emplacement turret. The main component is a sprinkler head connected to the water outlet of the fire emplacement turret. Through the coordinated operation of the sprinkler head's fixed bushing and the fan-shaped water curtain wall panel, the sprayed water jet becomes a vertical, strip-shaped fan-shaped water curtain, capable of sweeping across a large fire area and quickly reaching the fire extinguishing target. Alternatively, the sprinkler head can be rotated to spray a fan-shaped water curtain horizontally, isolating the burning material to prevent the fire from spreading. Furthermore, a fine water mist is generated at the end of the sprayed water curtain, which not only cools the surface of burning objects but also absorbs black smoke and toxic substances, reducing air pollution and effectively improving the safety of firefighters at the fire scene.

Claims

1. A water jet head structure for a gun turret, mainly composed of a fixed bushing and a fan-shaped water curtain wall panel, wherein, One end of the fixed bushing is a fitted body, which is fitted and positioned inside the water outlet end of the gun turret using steel balls and a leak-proof O-ring. This allows the fixed bushing to not only fit onto the water outlet end of the turret but also rotate around the water outlet end as an axis. The other end of the fixed bushing is a flat plate with two overlapping deep and shallow fan-shaped grooves on its surface. The fan-shaped water curtain panel is secured to the flat plate with multiple fixing screws, covering the deep and shallow fan-shaped grooves. This connects the fan-shaped water curtain panel and the fixed bushing as a whole, while still maintaining its original appearance on its sides. The combination of deep and shallow fan-shaped grooves ensures that the sprayed fire water jets form a vertical, strip-shaped fan-shaped water curtain, covering a large fire area and quickly reaching the fire extinguishing target. Alternatively, the spray head can be rotated to spray a semi-circular water curtain horizontally, isolating the burning material to prevent the fire from spreading.
