Abstract
Claims
1. A barrier-free safety lift bed structure, comprising: a power unit connected to a mains power supply or a backup power supply; a lifting unit disposed along a height direction, the lifting unit being connected to the power unit; a bed frame disposed along a horizontal direction, including a connecting end and a free end opposite to each other, and an upper surface and a lower surface, the connecting end being connected to and following the lifting unit, thereby moving the bed frame between a storage position and a use position; at least one sensing unit disposed on the lower surface or at a position other than the bed frame; and a control unit signal-connected to the sensing unit and the power unit; The control unit sends a control signal, which drives the lifting unit to raise the bed frame to the storage position or lower it to the use position. The space between the storage position and the use position is defined as a sensing space. When the bed frame is in the storage position, the use position and the sensing space form an unobstructed space. During the raising or lowering of the bed frame, the sensing unit senses the use position and the sensing space. When the sensing unit detects that there is no external object in the use position and the sensing space, it outputs a normal signal to the control unit. The control unit controls the power unit to continue operating based on the normal signal until the bed frame moves to the use position. When the sensing unit detects that there is an external object in the use position and the sensing space, it outputs an abnormal signal to the control unit. The control unit controls the power unit to stop operating based on the abnormal signal.
2. The barrier-free safety lifting bed structure as described in claim 1, wherein the power unit is one of the following: DC motor, AC motor, servo motor, stepper motor.
3. The barrier-free safety lifting bed structure as described in claim 1, wherein the lifting unit is one of the following: a lead screw and a slide, wherein the power unit drives the lead screw, the slide is coupled to the lead screw, and the slide is further connected to the connecting end or integrally formed on the connecting end; a rack and a gear, wherein the gear meshes with the rack, the gear is further connected to the connecting end, and the power unit drives the gear; a chain and a fixed seat, wherein the power unit drives the chain, the fixed seat is coupled to the chain, and the fixed seat is further connected to the connecting end or integrally formed on the connecting end.
4. The barrier-free safety lifting bed structure as described in claim 1, wherein the sensing unit is one or a combination of the following: infrared sensor, microwave detector, millimeter-wave radar, ultrasonic sensor, light shading sensor, optical radar, AI camera, strain gauge, weight sensor.
5. The barrier-free safety lift bed construction as described in claim 1, wherein the storage location is located at the top of an interior space for accommodating the bed frame; and the lifting unit is located on a wall of the interior space.
6. The barrier-free safety lifting bed structure as described in claim 1, wherein the control unit is equipped with a computer program that executes any or a combination of the following control programs: When the bed frame moves to the storage position and the use position, the power unit is controlled to stop operating; When the control unit receives the normal signal, the power unit is controlled to continue operating; When the control unit receives the abnormal signal, the power unit is controlled to stop operating; When the bed frame moves, if the sensing unit senses an external force applied to the bed frame, the power unit is controlled to stop operating, and selectively, after the power unit stops operating, the power unit is controlled to perform a limited reversing action; When the bed frame moves, if the sensing unit senses a stationary or moving object in the use position or the sensing space, the power unit is controlled to stop operating; When the bed frame moves, if the operating current of the power unit changes, the power unit is controlled to stop operating; When the bed frame is in the use position, if the sensing unit senses a human or animal on the bed frame, the power unit is controlled to stop operating; The power unit is periodically controlled to start and stop operating. Activating the child lock mode will stop the motor unit from operating; activating the sleep mode will stop the motor unit from operating.
7. The barrier-free safety lifting bed structure as described in claim 1 further includes a remote control unit connected to the control unit, the remote control unit being one of the following: a remote control, a smartwatch, a smart bracelet, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a computer, a smart speaker, or a smart voice controller, the remote control unit emitting a remote control signal to operate the control unit.
8. The barrier-free safety lift bed structure as described in claim 1, wherein the bed frame further includes at least one folding bed leg connected to a bed leg motor, the control unit being signal-connected to the bed leg motor, and when the bed frame is in the use position, the control unit drives the bed leg motor to place the folding bed leg upright on the ground to assist in supporting the bed frame; when the bed frame leaves the use position, the control unit drives the bed leg motor to fold the folding bed leg flat on the bed frame.
9. The barrier-free safety lifting bed structure as described in claim 1 further includes a manual operation unit connected to the lifting unit and selectively driving the lifting unit.
