Abstract
Claims
1. A deburring punch for a stamping die, used to process a sheet metal, the deburring punch comprising: a main body having a fixed end and a processing end at opposite ends; a stamping direction, a cutting direction, and a material length direction perpendicular to each other; the main body extending along the stamping direction, the processing end being the end of the main body facing the stamping direction; a cutting edge formed at the processing end, and having: a cutting end face, which is an outer surface of the cutting edge away from the fixed end, the cutting end face being used to directly press down and cut into the sheet metal; and a plurality of deburring... The edge cutting grooves are arranged opposite each other along the length of the material; each of the deburring cutting grooves is formed on one side of the cutting edge and extends toward the processing end to the cutting edge face, and defines a shearing line on the cutting edge face; the shearing line includes a cut receiving section, a curvature gradient section and a deformation guide section connected in sequence; the curvature of the curvature gradient section gradually changes from the cut receiving section toward the deformation guide section; the deformation guide section forms an inclination angle relative to the length of the material to control the deformation distribution of the material during the shearing process and form a chamfer.
