Abstract

A dry food waste processor includes a main body, a heating module, and a stirring mechanism. The main body has an inner chamber with a processing space. The heating module includes a plurality of heaters, each disposed on the outer surface of the inner chamber. The stirring mechanism includes a stirring shaft and a motor. The stirring shaft is located within the processing space of the inner chamber, and the motor drives the stirring shaft to rotate relative to the processing space. Food waste can be placed into the inner chamber. When the processor is started, the stirring shaft rotates within the inner chamber, agitating the food waste. Simultaneously, the plurality of heaters heat the inner chamber, removing moisture from the food waste. Through continuous agitation, the food waste is ultimately reduced to a dry powder. This significantly reduces the volume of the food waste and allows it to be used as organic fertilizer for soil improvement in agriculture and floristry.

Claims

1. A dry food waste processor, comprising: a main body having an inner chamber with a processing space therein, the main body having a first opening on its top surface corresponding to the inner chamber and the processing space, and the main body having a control panel; a heating module disposed within the main body, the heating module including a plurality of heaters respectively disposed on the outer surface of the inner chamber and electrically connected to the control panel; a stirring mechanism disposed within the main body, the stirring mechanism including a stirring shaft and a motor, the stirring shaft being disposed within the processing space of the inner chamber and connected to a plurality of stirring blades extending in different directions, the motor being disposed within the main body and electrically connected to the control panel, the motor being connected to the stirring shaft and driving the stirring shaft to rotate relative to the processing space; when the control panel is activated, the stirring shaft is rotated relative to the processing space of the inner chamber, and the inner chamber is heated by the heaters.

2. The dry food waste processor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main body has a cover on its top surface adjacent to the first opening, the cover being used to cover the first opening, and the cover is connected to a hydraulic push rod, the other end of which is connected to the main body.

3. The dry food waste processor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heating module includes at least one outer cover that covers the heaters.

4. The dry food waste processor as described in claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism includes a chain and at least one drive gear set, the motor is connected to the drive gear set by the chain, and the drive gear set is connected to the stirring shaft, so that the motor and the stirring shaft form a transmission connection.

5. The dry food waste processor as described in claim 1, comprising a gas filtration module including a fan, an ozone sterilizer, and an activated carbon filter. The fan is disposed within the main body and electrically connected to the control panel. The fan has at least one air inlet and at least one air outlet. The air outlet is connected to an air duct, the other end of which is connected to the ozone sterilizer. The ozone sterilizer is then connected to the activated carbon filter. The activated carbon filter has at least one exhaust port, which is exposed outside the main body.

6. The dry food waste processor as described in claim 5, wherein one side of the inner chamber is provided with a plurality of air intake holes, and the air intake is disposed opposite to the air intake holes of the inner chamber.

7. The dry food waste processor as described in claim 1, wherein the control panel has a timer setting function.
