Abstract

This invention relates to a sewage discharge structure for aquaculture ponds, comprising a valve seat, a transmission gear set, an extension rod, and an actuator. The valve seat has a valve hole in its center, and a connecting portion around the valve hole for connection to a sewage pipe. A valve is positioned at the valve hole, and the valve is equipped with a linkage rod that can rotate the valve to close or open the valve hole. The transmission gear set is connected to the linkage rod and can rotate the valve. One end of the extension rod is connected to the transmission gear set and can rotate to actuate the transmission gear set; the other end of the extension rod is positioned higher than the valve seat. The actuator is connected to the other end of the extension rod, is positioned higher than the valve seat, and can rotate the extension rod, thereby actuating the valve's opening and closing action. Therefore, this invention provides better stability and convenience in sewage discharge.

Claims

1. A sewage discharge structure for aquaculture ponds, connected to a sewage pipe of the aquaculture pond, comprising: A valve seat has a valve hole in the center, and a joint around the valve hole that can be connected to the drain pipe. A valve is installed at the valve hole, and the valve is equipped with a linkage rod that can rotate the valve to close or leave the valve hole open. A transmission gear set is connected to the linkage rod and can drive the valve to rotate. An extension rod is connected to the transmission gear set at one end and can rotate to drive the transmission gear set to move. The other end of the extension rod is located at a position higher than the valve seat. An actuator is connected to the other end of the extension rod and is located at a position higher than the valve seat. It can drive the extension rod to rotate and drive the valve to open and close.

2. The aquaculture pond drainage structure as described in claim 1, wherein the actuator is a motor.

3. The aquaculture pond drainage structure as described in claim 2, wherein the motor is controlled by wired or wireless means.

4. The aquaculture pond drainage structure as described in claim 1, wherein the actuator is a turntable.

5. The aquaculture pond drainage structure as described in claim 1, wherein the inlet end of the drainage pipe is located at the bottom of the aquaculture pond, the outlet end is located outside the aquaculture pond with its opening facing upwards, and its height is lower than the water level of the aquaculture pond; and the joint is connected to the outlet end.
