Abstract
Claims
1. A material collection mechanism for a vacuum forming machine, disposed on one side of the vacuum forming machine, comprising: a supporting device having a supporting platform and a lifting assembly disposed below the supporting platform for controlled movement of the supporting platform between a highest position and a lowest position; a gripping device disposed above the supporting device for controlled movement in a direction approaching or away from the vacuum forming machine to grip at least one finished product from the vacuum forming machine and place it on the supporting platform; a sensor disposed between the gripping device and the supporting device for detecting the presence of an object in a horizontal direction and emitting a descent signal when an object is detected in the horizontal direction; and a control module electrically connected to the supporting device and the gripping device for controlling the movement of the supporting device and the gripping device; wherein when the control module receives the descent signal transmitted by the sensor, it controls the lifting assembly to drive the supporting platform to descend.
2. The material collection mechanism of the vacuum forming machine as described in claim 1, wherein the height of the sensor is higher than the height of the support platform at its highest position.

The material collection mechanism of the vacuum forming machine as described in claim 1, wherein the lifting assembly has a bottom frame, a connecting rod and a top frame; the connecting rod is disposed between the bottom frame and the top frame and connects the bottom frame and the top frame respectively; the supporting platform is disposed on the top frame.

The material collection mechanism of the vacuum forming machine as described in claim 3, wherein the upper edge of the bottom frame is provided with at least one upwardly protruding limiting protrusion; when the supporting platform moves to the lowest position, the lower edge of the top frame contacts the limiting protrusion.
5. The material collection mechanism of the vacuum forming machine as described in claim 4, wherein when the support platform moves to the lowest position, the control module sends a recovery signal to an external device to notify personnel to recover each of the finished products on the support platform.
6. The material collection mechanism of the vacuum forming machine as described in claim 3, wherein the lifting assembly further includes a drive unit that acts on the connecting rod to drive the connecting rod to fold or unfold.
7. The material collection mechanism of the vacuum forming machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gripping device has two tracks, a movable member and at least one gripper; the two tracks are arranged opposite each other at a predetermined distance apart; the movable member is disposed between the two tracks and moves within the two tracks; the gripper is disposed at one end of the movable member adjacent to the vacuum forming machine and is driven by a second drive unit to switch between a clamping state and a releasing state.
8. The material collection mechanism of the vacuum forming machine as described in claim 7, wherein the sensor is located below one of the tracks.
