Abstract

A business dialogue training system incorporating generative AI includes a communication unit that establishes a communication channel with a user terminal device, a storage unit that stores relevant role prompts, the content of multiple rating items, and rating prompts, and a processing unit electrically connected to the communication unit and the storage unit. The processing unit executes a generative AI model, enabling the generative AI model to assume the role of a customer based on the role prompts stored in the storage unit and output dialogue content to the user terminal device. It also generates the next dialogue content based on the user terminal device's response and outputs it to the user terminal device. Furthermore, based on the rating prompts stored in the storage unit and the content of the rating items, the generative AI model, acting as a ratingr, generates a rating score and comments on the user terminal device's responses and outputs the rating score and comments to the user terminal device through the communication unit.

Claims

1. A business dialogue training system incorporating generative AI, capable of communicating with a user terminal device, and comprising: A communication unit that establishes a communication channel with the user terminal device; A storage unit stores related role prompt data, content of multiple rating items, and rating prompt data; and a processing unit electrically connected to the communication unit and the storage unit to communicate with a user terminal device through the communication unit and access the storage unit; and the processing unit includes and executes a generative AI model; wherein the processing unit reads the role prompt data, the content of the rating items, and the rating prompt data from the storage unit, and causes the generative AI model to perform the following steps: (A) The generative AI model assumes a customer role based on the role prompt data, and generates and outputs dialogue content to the user terminal device in the customer role; (B) After receiving a reply content corresponding to the dialogue content from the user terminal device, the generative AI model generates and outputs the next dialogue content to the user terminal device in the customer role based on the reply content and the role prompt data; (C) The generative AI model repeats step (B) until it receives a reply content corresponding to the last dialogue content from the user terminal device; and (D) The generative AI model acts as a rater based on the rating prompts, and generates a rating score and a comment based on the content of the rating items and the responses sent back by the user terminal device. The rating score and the comment are then output to the user terminal device through the communication unit.
