Abstract

This invention proposes a booster cable structure for a fan, comprising: an input connector electrically connected to a DC power supply providing 12V DC power; an output connector electrically connected to a fan; and a booster module directly or indirectly connected to the input connector and the output connector via wires, converting the input 12V DC power into 24V DC power before outputting it to the fan.

Claims

1. A booster cable structure for a fan, comprising: An input connector is electrically connected to a DC power supply, which provides 12V DC power; an output connector is electrically connected to a fan; and a booster module is directly or indirectly connected to the input connector and the output connector via wires to convert the input 12V DC power into 24V DC power before outputting it to the fan.

2. The booster line structure for a fan as described in claim 1, wherein the booster module comprises: A boost control chip is electrically connected to the input connector via a wire to boost 12V DC to 24V DC; An inductor, electrically connected to the boost control chip, stores and releases energy to stabilize the output current; a capacitor filter, electrically connected to the inductor, stabilizes voltage fluctuations to provide a stable DC power supply; and a switch control element, controlled by the boost control chip, performs periodic on / off switching to convert the input 12V DC power supply to a boosted output voltage of 24V for the fan.

3. The fan booster cable structure as described in claim 1 further includes a protection circuit module electrically connected between the booster module and the output connector.

4. The booster cable structure for the fan as described in claim 3, wherein the protection circuit module further includes an overcurrent protection unit that disconnects the circuit when the current flowing through the protection circuit module exceeds a preset current value.

5. The booster cable structure for the fan as described in claim 3, wherein the protection circuit module further includes an over-temperature protection unit that disconnects the circuit when the temperature of the protection circuit module exceeds a preset temperature value.

6. The booster cable structure for the fan as described in claim 3, wherein the protection circuit module further includes a short-circuit protection unit that disconnects the circuit when the current in the protection circuit module increases rapidly over a short period of time.

7. The fan booster cable structure as described in claim 3, wherein the protection circuit module further includes an overvoltage protection unit that disconnects the circuit when the voltage in the protection circuit module increases rapidly over a short period of time.

8. The booster cable structure for a fan as described in claim 3, wherein the booster module and the protection circuit module are disposed inside the wire of the cable.

9. The booster cable structure for a fan as described in claim 3, wherein the booster module and the protection circuit module are housed in separate housings.
