Abstract

This invention relates to a transmission pulley assembly, comprising a drive pulley, a bushing, a driven pulley, and a belt. The drive pulley has an outer annular wall and a centrally located axially penetrating circular bushing hole. A connecting wall exists between the bushing hole and the outer annular wall, and the connecting wall has a plurality of threaded holes. The bushing hole has a tapered inner annular surface. The bushing has a central shaft portion that can be inserted into the bushing hole. One side of the shaft portion has a combined wall, and the central shaft portion has a shaft hole with at least one keyway. The outer edge of the shaft portion has a tapered outer shaft surface with a gradually increasing diameter from the end furthest from the combined wall to the end closer to the combined wall. The shaft hole has a notch communicating with the combined wall. The combined wall has a plurality of through holes corresponding to the threaded holes, and a plurality of through threaded holes are also provided in the combined wall. The driven pulley has an outer annular wall. The belt engages with the drive wheel and the driven wheel; thereby, this invention can achieve better dynamic balance and ease of assembly and disassembly.

Claims

1. A transmission belt pulley assembly, comprising: A drive wheel has an outer ring wall and a circular sleeve hole that extends axially through the center. A connecting wall is provided between the sleeve hole and the outer ring wall, and the connecting wall has a plurality of threaded holes. The sleeve hole has a tapered inner ring surface. A bushing has a shaft portion that can be inserted into the sleeve hole in the center. A combined wall is provided on one side of the shaft portion. The shaft portion has a shaft hole in the center, and the shaft hole has at least one keyway. The outer edge of the shaft portion has a tapered outer shaft surface with a gradually increasing diameter from the end away from the combined wall to the position near the combined wall, which can abut against the inner ring surface. The shaft hole has a notch that communicates with the combined wall. The combined wall has a plurality of through holes corresponding to the threaded hole position, and a plurality of through threaded holes are provided in the combined wall. A plurality of bolts are provided to pass through the through holes and screw into the threaded holes. The bolts can be screwed into the threaded holes of the bushing. A driven wheel has an outer ring wall. A belt is engaged with the drive wheel and the driven wheel.

2. The transmission pulley assembly as described in claim 1, wherein there are three screw holes, which are spaced 120° apart.

3. The transmission pulley assembly as described in claim 1, wherein the screw holes are three in number and are spaced 120° apart.

4. The drive pulley assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drive pulley has a recess between the connecting wall side and the outer ring wall for accommodating the combined wall.

5. The transmission pulley assembly as described in claim 1, wherein a plate is disposed at the center of the driven pulley, the end of the plate is connected to the inner edge of the outer ring wall, and has several open portions.

The transmission pulley assembly as described in claim 5, further comprising a plurality of positioning shafts, wherein the plate is provided with a plurality of sets of connecting holes, and the positioning shafts are assembled by connecting elements passing through the sets of connecting holes.

7. The drive belt pulley assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer ring wall of the drive pulley and the driven pulley has toothed portions that engage with the belt.
