Abstract

A toy gun device and a foldable magazine well are disclosed. The toy gun device includes a foldable magazine well toy gun and a magazine with a gas valve. The foldable magazine well toy gun comprises: a gun body with a firing pin and a magazine well having an original state and a folded state. The magazine well includes a base pivotally connected to the gun body and having an opening, and a latching element pivotally connected to the base. The latching element can be unlocked first, and then the magazine well can be flipped to the folded state; alternatively, the magazine well can be reversed so that the opening corresponds to the position between the gas valve and the firing pin, and the latching element locks back onto the gun body, returning the magazine well to its original state. This achieves the effect of convenient storage of the toy gun device.

Claims

1. A foldable magazine holder toy gun for assembling a magazine with a gas valve, the foldable magazine holder toy gun comprising: A firearm body includes a firing pin and a locking body; and a magazine holder for assembling the magazine and having an initial state and a folded state. The magazine holder comprises: a body rotatably pivotally connected to the firearm body and having an opening in the initial state corresponding to the gas valve and the firing pin; and a locking member rotatably connected to the body and having a locking part and an operating part, the locking member being engaged with the locking body in the initial state; wherein, by operating the operating part, the locking part is disengaged from the locking body, and the magazine holder is rotated relative to the firearm body to the folded state; the magazine holder is rotated in the opposite direction relative to the firearm body to return the opening to the position corresponding to the gas valve and the firing pin, and the locking part is engaged with the locking body, and the magazine holder returns to the initial state.

The magazine holder foldable toy gun as described in claim 1, wherein the gun body is provided with a pivoted portion, the base is provided with a pivoted portion, the base is pivotally connected to the pivoted portion via the pivoted portion, and the magazine holder swings relative to the gun body about the pivoted portion as an axis.

3. The magazine holder foldable toy gun as described in claim 2 further includes an angle positioning structure, which includes a deflector assembly and a plurality of positioning parts. The deflector assembly is disposed on the gun body corresponding to the pivot part. The plurality of positioning parts are disposed on the pivot part and include an original positioning part and a folded positioning part. In the original state, the deflector assembly elastically abuts against the original positioning part. The magazine holder foldable toy gun as described in claim 3, wherein the deflector assembly includes a deflector elastic element and a ball, the deflector elastic element being elastically supported between the gun body and the ball, the original positioning part and the folded positioning part being both recessed holes formed in the pivot part, and the ball correspondingly entering either of the recessed holes.

The magazine holder foldable toy gun as described in claim 2, wherein the pivoted portion includes two lugs protruding from the gun body, and the pivoted portion is a protrusion protruding from the base body relative to the space between the two lugs, the protrusion being pivotally connected between the two lugs.

The magazine holder foldable toy gun as described in claim 2, wherein the pivot is located on one side of the magazine holder, and the magazine holder is provided with a plurality of first clearance portions on the other side opposite to the first clearance portion, wherein the magazine holder can clearance relative to the corresponding part of the gun body when it returns to the original state by rotating relative to the gun body using each of the first clearance portions.

7. The magazine holder foldable toy gun as described in claim 6, wherein each of the first clearance portions is a rounded corner.

The magazine holder foldable toy gun as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magazine holder further includes a reset elastic element, the latch is rotatably connected to the base body at a portion between the latch and the operating part, and the reset elastic element is elastically supported between the base body and a portion of the latch having the latch.

9. The magazine-mounted foldable toy gun as described in claim 1, wherein the gun body is further provided with a trigger-linked hammer assembly, and the firing pin impacts the gas valve by being struck by the trigger-linked hammer assembly.

The magazine holder foldable toy gun as described in claim 1, wherein the latched body is provided with a guide ramp, and the latching member has a guide rounded corner at one of the latching portions, and the magazine holder is smoothly rotated relative to the gun body and returned to the original state by being guided by the guide rounded corner and the guide ramp.

11. A toy gun device, comprising: One magazine, equipped with one gas valve; And a magazine-mounted foldable toy gun as described in any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the magazine is detachably assembled into the magazine mount.

The toy gun device as claimed in claim 11, wherein the gun body is provided with an air inlet and the magazine is provided with an air supply port, and when the magazine returns to its original state by rotating with the magazine holder relative to the gun body, the air supply port is correspondingly connected to and communicates with the air inlet.

The toy gun device as claimed in claim 11, wherein the gun body is provided with a rib, and the magazine is provided with a second clearance portion corresponding to the rib, the magazine being able to clearance relative to the rib when returning to the original state by means of the second clearance portion.
