Abstract
Claims
1. A foldable magazine holder toy gun for assembling a magazine with a gas valve, the foldable magazine holder toy gun comprising: A firearm body includes a firing pin and a locking body; and a magazine holder for assembling the magazine and having an initial state and a folded state. The magazine holder comprises: a body rotatably pivotally connected to the firearm body and having an opening in the initial state corresponding to the gas valve and the firing pin; and a locking member rotatably connected to the body and having a locking part and an operating part, the locking member being engaged with the locking body in the initial state; wherein, by operating the operating part, the locking part is disengaged from the locking body, and the magazine holder is rotated relative to the firearm body to the folded state; the magazine holder is rotated in the opposite direction relative to the firearm body to return the opening to the position corresponding to the gas valve and the firing pin, and the locking part is engaged with the locking body, and the magazine holder returns to the initial state.
