Abstract

This invention discloses a multi-layer leak-proof quick-connect pipe joint suitable for water cooling systems of devices such as AI servers. It includes a first pipe joint and a second pipe joint that can be inserted into the first pipe joint. The first pipe joint has a first valve, a pusher, and a first spring within its first flow channel, and the first valve has two sealing rings on its outer periphery. The second pipe joint has a second valve and a second spring within its second flow channel, and the second valve has two sealing rings on its outer periphery. When the two pipe joints are separated, each spring pushes the valve to close its interface end, automatically forming a multi-layer leak-proof structure. When the two pipe joints are inserted, the second pipe joint pushes open the first valve, and the pusher pushes open the second valve, automatically allowing coolant to flow between the two pipe joints.

Claims

1. A multi-layer leak-proof quick-connect fitting, comprising: A first pipe connector has a first interface end and a first flow channel therein, wherein a first valve, a first spring, and a pusher are disposed within the first flow channel; the first valve is axially movable within the first pipe connector, and a first sealing ring and a second sealing ring are disposed on the outer periphery of the first valve; the first spring is used to push the first valve toward the first interface end to close the first interface end; the pusher is disposed within the first flow channel; and a second pipe connector is inserted into the first interface end of the first pipe connector; the second pipe connector has a second interface end and a second flow channel, wherein a second valve and a second spring are disposed within the second flow channel; the second valve is axially movable within the second pipe connector, and a third sealing ring and a fourth sealing ring are disposed on the outer periphery of the second valve; the second spring is used to push the second valve toward the second interface end to close the second interface end.

2. The multiple leak-proof quick-connect fitting as described in claim 1, wherein the first fitting and the second fitting are each composed of one or more pipe bodies.

3. The multiple leak-proof quick-connect fitting as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring are arranged axially spaced along the first valve.

4. The multiple leak-proof quick-connect fitting as claimed in claim 1, wherein the third sealing ring and the fourth sealing ring are spaced apart along the axial direction of the second valve.

5. The multiple leak-proof quick-connect fitting as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first fitting is provided with a retaining ring and a plurality of steel balls, the retaining ring being used to restrict the steel balls from engaging with the second fitting.

6. The multiple leak-proof quick-connect fitting as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of the pusher extends toward the first interface end and pushes against the second valve when the second fitting is inserted into the first flow channel.

7. The multiple leak-proof quick-connect fitting as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first spring and the second spring are compression springs, and respectively provide elastic force for the axial reset of the first valve and the second valve.
