Abstract

An airtightness testing device includes a test water tank and a clamping and pressurizing module. The clamping and pressurizing module is disposed above the test water tank to fix at least one workpiece to be tested, so as to perform an airtightness test on at least one workpiece to be tested in the test water tank.

Claims

1. An airtightness testing device, comprising: a test water tank; and a clamping and pressurizing module disposed above the test water tank for fixing at least one workpiece to be tested, so as to perform an airtightness test on the at least one workpiece to be tested in the test water tank.

2. The airtightness testing device as described in claim 1 further comprises: a detection device mounted above the clamping and pressurizing module to detect whether the at least one workpiece under test leaks air during an airtightness test.

The airtight leak testing device as described in claim 2, wherein the detection device comprises: a first detection lens; and a second detection lens, arranged side by side above the clamping and pressurizing module, wherein the viewing angles of the first detection lens and the second detection lens at least partially overlap each other and cover the at least one workpiece to be tested.

4. The airtight leak testing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the clamping and pressurizing module comprises: a module base; and an airtight support seat mounted on the module base for supporting the at least one workpiece to be tested.

5. The airtight leak testing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the clamping and pressurizing module further comprises: a plurality of support rods mounted on the module base; and a module top plate mounted on the support rods.

The airtight leak testing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the clamping and pressurizing module further comprises: an intermediate support frame mounted on the support rods and located between the module base and the module top plate for mounting the first detection lens and the second detection lens.

7. The airtight leak testing device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the clamping and pressurizing module further comprises: a plurality of clamping fixtures mounted on the module base for fixing at least one workpiece to be tested on the airtight support.

8. The airtight leak testing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the clamping and pressurizing module further comprises: a dotting cylinder mounted on the module base to impact a mark onto the at least one workpiece to be tested after the at least one workpiece to be tested has passed the test.

The airtight leak testing device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the clamping and pressurizing module further comprises: a first sealing fixture mounted on the module base to seal an opening of the at least one workpiece to be tested; and a second sealing fixture mounted on the module base to seal another opening of the at least one workpiece to be tested.

10. The airtightness test device as described in claim 9 further comprises: an airtightness test control module disposed on one side of the test tank to monitor and calculate the airtightness test data of the at least one workpiece to be tested; and a camera display screen mounted above the test tank to display the airtightness test results and data of the at least one workpiece to be tested.
