Abstract
Claims
1. A phototherapy device, comprising: a light-emitting device for emitting light with a wavelength between 600 nm and 1000 nm, the light-emitting device comprising: at least one positioning groove located on one side of the light-emitting device; and a wearable device detachably connected to the light-emitting device, and comprising: a wearable body; a guide structure connected to the wearable body, the guide structure having at least one guide portion, and the at least one guide portion being detachably positioned in the at least one positioning groove; and two positioning members respectively connected to the wearable body; wherein... When the phototherapy device is worn on a human body, the two positioning components are aligned with the two sides of the neck of the human body, and the two positioning components form a three-point stable support for the light-emitting device. The light-emitting device is aligned with the foramen magnum of the occipital bone of the human body by means of the three-point stable support.
2. The phototherapy device as described in claim 1, wherein: The guiding structure includes a pivot that pivotally connects the guiding structure to the wearable body and is used to adjust an angle between the light-emitting device and the wearable body; the light-emitting device emits red light with a wavelength between 600 nm and 680 nm or near-infrared light with a wavelength between 800 nm and 950 nm.
3. The phototherapy device as described in claim 1, wherein: The two positioning elements are respectively movable and slide on opposite sides of the wearable body; the pulse frequency of the light-emitting device is approximately 10 Hz or 40 Hz.
4. The phototherapy device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wearable device further comprises: a occipital portion protruding from one inner surface of the wearable device.

A phototherapy device, comprising: a light-emitting device, including: two positioning grooves respectively located on opposite sides of the light-emitting device; and a wearable device detachably connected to the light-emitting device, and including: two wearable bodies; two guide parts integrally connected to the two wearable bodies, and each guide part being detachably positioned in its respective positioning groove; and two ear loop structures detachably connected to the two wearable bodies; wherein... When the phototherapy device is worn on a person, the two ear loop structures are attached to the two auricles of the person, and the two ear loop structures form a three-point stable support for the light-emitting device. The light-emitting device is supported by the three-point stable support to the foramen magnum of the occipital bone of the person.
6. The phototherapy device as claimed in claim 5, wherein each wearable body includes a plurality of mounting holes arranged at intervals from each other.
7. The phototherapy device as claimed in claim 6, wherein each of the ear hook structures includes: a shank for positioning in one of the mounting holes.
8. The phototherapy device as claimed in claim 5, wherein each ear hook structure includes: an ear hook portion located at one end of each ear hook structure away from the wearer body, and having a curved structure.
