Abstract
Claims
1. A medicine box identification and warehousing system, comprising: A camera device uses multiple cameras to capture images of multiple surfaces of a medicine box to obtain an image of the medicine box; a scanning unit scans a paper purchase order and obtains a paper image; a storage unit stores a medicine master file and an inventory master file; and a processing unit connected to the camera device, the scanning unit, and the storage unit. The processing unit performs image recognition on the medicine box image to obtain packaging information and cover information, and performs image recognition on the paper image to obtain purchase information. The processing unit reads the medicine master file and compares the medicine master file, the packaging information, the cover information, and the purchase information. If the comparison matches, the corresponding inventory data for the medicine box is stored in the inventory master file. If the comparison does not match, a discrepancy notification is generated, and a sample of the corresponding medicine box image, packaging information, cover information, and purchase information is generated and stored in the storage unit.
2. The medicine box identification and warehousing system as described in claim 1, wherein the packaging information includes a license number, a drug certificate holder, a pharmaceutical factory address, a batch number, a manufacturing date, an expiration date, a shelf life, or any combination thereof.
3. The medicine box identification and storage system as described in claim 1, wherein the cover information includes a capacity, a quantity, a dosage, a weight, a flavor, or any combination thereof.
4. The medicine box identification and warehousing system as described in Request 1, wherein the purchase information includes an item name, a purchase order number, a batch number, an expiry date, or any combination thereof.
5. The medicine box identification and warehousing system as described in claim 1, wherein the processing unit compares the following: based on the medicine box image, it searches for a target drug with the same image in the drug master file; based on the information stored in the drug master file for the target drug, it searches for corresponding content in the appearance packaging information, the cover information, and the purchase information corresponding to the medicine box image; and when any information content is inconsistent, it generates a discrepancy notification.
6. The medicine box identification and warehousing system as described in claim 5, wherein when the appearance packaging information, the cover information, and the purchase information contain more information than the information of the target drug stored in the drug master file, supplementary data is generated and correspondingly stored in the drug master file of the storage unit.
7. The medicine box identification and storage system as described in claim 5, wherein when the processing unit cannot find the target drug with the same image, an acceptance sample file is created based on the medicine box image, the appearance packaging information, the cover information and the purchase information, and stored in the storage unit.
8. The medicine box identification and storage system as described in claim 1, wherein the processing unit adjusts a prompt word, a threshold, a rule, or any combination thereof when performing image recognition or comparison based on the difficult sample.
9. The medicine box identification and warehousing system as described in claim 1, wherein the faulty sample includes an image of the medicine box, source information and an error label, the source information including a source batch, an establishment date, an inspection item, camera device information or a combination thereof, and the error label including an image reflection, a packaging damage, a printing difference, a stain, a positioning misalignment or any combination thereof.
10. The medicine box identification and storage system as described in claim 1, wherein the camera device further includes a rotating platform; the cameras include: A top-down camera is positioned above the rotating platform to film the platform from a top-down angle; a bottom-up camera is positioned below the rotating platform to film the platform from a bottom-up angle; and three side-view cameras are positioned at a specified height between the top-down camera and the rotating platform, at equal angles around the rotating platform, and filming the platform.
