Abstract

This invention provides a multi-segment, labor-saving high-branch pruning shear structure, comprising: a long rod, an operating handle, a pruning module, a segmented positioning mechanism, and a transmission mechanism. The operating handle is located at one end of the long rod and includes a fixed handle and a movable handle. The pruning module is located at the other end of the long rod. The segmented positioning mechanism is located inside the operating handle and includes a locking element, a positioning element, a connecting rod, a tension spring, and a spring plate. The locking element has multiple locking teeth and a sliding groove hole. The transmission mechanism connects the locking element and the movable blade of the pruning module. By pressing the movable handle, the protruding part of the positioning element can sequentially engage with the locking teeth of the locking element for positioning. The connecting rod drives the locking element to pivot, driving the transmission mechanism, so that the movable blade can be locked in segments, effectively dispersing the gripping force required for pruning thick branches and improving the continuity and operational stability of pruning operations.

Claims

1. A multi-segment labor-saving high-branch shears structure, comprising: a long rod; an operating handle disposed at one end of the long rod, including a fixed handle and a movable handle pivotally connected to the fixed handle; a shearing module disposed at the other end of the long rod, including a fixed blade and a movable blade operable relative to the fixed blade; a segmented positioning mechanism disposed inside the operating handle, the segmented positioning mechanism including a locking member with a plurality of locking teeth and a positioning member with a protruding locking portion; and a transmission mechanism, one end of which is connected to the locking member and the other end of which is connected to the movable blade; wherein... When the movable handle moves relative to the fixed handle, the protruding part of the positioning member can sequentially engage with the teeth of the locking member, and drive the locking member to swing, thereby actuating the transmission mechanism to maintain the movable blade in the corresponding shearing positioning state.

2. The multi-segment labor-saving high-branch pruning structure as described in claim 1, wherein the locking member is provided with a sliding groove hole, and the segmented positioning mechanism further includes a connecting rod, a tension spring and a spring plate. One end of the connecting rod is pivotally mounted to the movable handle, and the other end is connected to a sliding rod. The sliding rod passes through and slides in the sliding groove hole of the locking member, and the connecting rod is resisted by the spring plate to have an elastic restoring force.

3. The multi-segment labor-saving high-branch pruning structure as described in claim 2, wherein the inner edge of the sliding groove hole of the locking member has a plurality of arcuate recesses to cooperate with the sliding rod to provide a positioning function.

4. The multi-segment labor-saving high branch pruning structure as described in claim 1, wherein the locking member is provided with a shaft hole, the transmission mechanism is connected to the locking member through a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft assembly is provided in the shaft hole of the locking member, and rotates synchronously with the swing of the locking member.

5. The multi-segment labor-saving high-branch pruning structure as described in claim 2, wherein the other end of the positioning member is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is connected to one end of the tension spring, and the other end of the tension spring is fixed to the fixed handle, so that the positioning member has an automatic return function by means of the restoring force of the tension spring.

6. The multi-segment labor-saving high-branch pruning shearing structure as described in claim 1, wherein the long rod is made of a metal round tube and has a structural design with an adjustable length.
