Abstract

A fluid guiding and protection device and a filter with fluid guiding and protection function are disclosed. The filter includes a filter unit and a fluid guiding and protection device disposed at the fluid inlet end of the filter unit. The inner plate surface of the fluid inlet end plate is provided with a flow guiding structure, which has multiple radial flow guiding holes that disperse and connect to the water inlet channel. The flow guiding structure guides the axially flowing fluid to disperse into radially flowing fluid. Combined with the blocking effect of the axial baffle at the end of the water inlet channel away from the fluid inlet, which closes the end of the water inlet channel, it offsets part of the impact force of the fluid. Furthermore, by utilizing the structure of multiple radial flow guiding holes that disperse and connect to the end of the water inlet channel, the turbulent fluid is reorganized into radially flowing laminar flow. The fluid kinetic energy is converted into stable flow, reducing the impact force of high-speed or high-pressure fluid entering the filter unit on the filter media.

Claims

1.
