Abstract
Claims
1. An encapsulation structure for immunomodulatory probiotics, comprising: a plurality of bacterial particles, including Bacillus coagulans, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus paracasei, and Lactobacillus plantarum; a bacterial core layer formed of isomaltooligosaccharide, encapsulating the bacterial particles; a matrix layer formed of chicory fiber, encapsulating the bacterial core layer; and an outer protective layer formed of a mixture of corn starch and maltodextrin, which encapsulates the matrix layer and is coated with lactose.
2. The encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics as described in claim 1, wherein, based on 100 parts by weight of the total weight of the encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics, the total amount of the bacterial particles is 5 to 10 parts by weight, the total amount of isomaltooligosaccharides is 1 to 3 parts by weight, the total amount of chicory fiber is 2 to 5 parts by weight, the total amount of maltodextrin is 3 to 5 parts by weight, the total amount of corn starch is 3 to 5 parts by weight, and the total amount of lactose is 15 to 80 parts by weight.
3. The encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics as described in claim 2, further comprising water present in the bacterial particles, the bacterial core layer, the matrix layer and the outer protective layer.
4. The encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics as described in claim 3, wherein the total amount of water is 0.001 to 1 part by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total weight of the encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics.

The encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics as described in claim 1, wherein, based on 100 parts by weight of the total weight of the bacterial particles, the total amount of Bacillus coagulans is 35 to 45 parts by weight, the total amount of Lactobacillus rhamnosus is 15 to 25 parts by weight, the total amount of Lactobacillus paracasei is 15 to 25 parts by weight, and the total amount of Lactobacillus plantarum is 15 to 25 parts by weight.
6. The encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics as described in claim 5, wherein the total number of Bacillus coagulans is 4-5 billion, the total number of Lactobacillus rhamnosus is 6-7 billion, the total number of Lactobacillus paracasei is 5-6 billion, and the total number of Lactobacillus plantarum is 5-6 billion.
7. The encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics as described in claim 1, wherein the encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics can be supplemented with superior probiotics through exogenous supplementation.
8. The encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics as described in claim 1, wherein the encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics can enhance the integrity of the intestinal barrier.
9. The encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics as described in claim 1, wherein the encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics can reduce the risk of pathogens and endotoxins penetrating the intestinal epithelium.
10. The encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics as described in claim 1, wherein the encapsulation structure of immunomodulatory probiotics can improve and restructure the human immune system.
