Abstract
Claims
1. A positioning and guiding patch, comprising: a body, including an adhesive surface and an outer surface opposite to the adhesive surface; a first shape region located on a portion of the outer periphery of the body, the first shape region being a first contour; a second shape region located on another portion of the outer periphery of the body and connected to the first shape region, the second shape region being a second contour, the first contour being different from the second contour; and an action region located on the body, wherein when the adhesive surface of the body is attached to a human body, the action region corresponds to an acupoint of the human body.
2. The positioning guide patch as described in claim 1, wherein the first shape region or the second shape region includes a positioning angle.
3. The positioning guide patch as described in claim 1, wherein the connection between the first shape region and the second shape region includes a positioning angle.
4. The positioning guide patch as described in claim 1, wherein the area of the first shape region is not equal to the area of the second shape region.
5. The positioning guide patch as described in claim 2 or 3, wherein the positioning angle is slightly greater than 90 degrees.
6. The positioning guide patch as described in claim 2, wherein when the positioning angle is attached to the body at the attachment surface of the body and to the human body, it forms a virtual connection line with a part of the human body, and the functional area is located on the side of the virtual connection line.
7. The positioning guide patch as described in claim 1, wherein the active area is located in the second shape area.
8. The positioning guide patch as described in claim 1, wherein a portion of the functional area is located in the first shape area and another portion is located in the second shape area.
9. The positioning guide patch as described in claim 1, wherein the outer periphery of the first shape region tapers in a direction from the outer surface toward the attachment surface to form a first shape recessed portion.
10. The positioning guide patch as described in claim 1, wherein the outer periphery of the second shape region tapers in a direction from the outer surface toward the attachment surface to form a second shape recessed portion.
