Abstract
Claims
1. A customer data management system, comprising: a human resources database server storing multiple records of personnel data corresponding to multiple personnel, each record including a unit group, a business role, and job information; a management platform server electrically connected to the human resources database server and storing an access control rule; and a customer data database server electrically connected to the management platform server and storing multiple records of customer data corresponding to multiple customers; for each personnel, the management platform server generates access control data corresponding to that personnel based on the corresponding personnel data and the access control rule, and transmits the access control data to the customer data database server; when the customer data database server receives a customer data query request corresponding to one of the personnel and one of the customers, the customer data database server determines whether to allow the customer data query request based on the access control data corresponding to that personnel. When the management platform server receives a notification that corresponds to a person and includes a post-change unit group, a post-change business role, a post-change job information, and an effective date, the management platform server updates the permission setting data corresponding to that person on the effective date based on the post-change unit group, the post-change business role, the post-change job information, and the permission setting rules, and transmits the updated permission setting data to the customer's personal data database server.
2. The customer data management system as described in claim 1, wherein, When the customer database server receives a customer data query request corresponding to one of the personnel and one of the customers and including a case source, and the customer database server allows the customer data query request, the customer database server generates a query record. The query record includes a querying personnel indicating an employee identification information of the personnel, a queried customer indicating a customer identification information of the customer, and the case source. The management platform server periodically checks these query records using multiple check methods to generate multiple check results indicating normal or abnormal.
3. The customer data management system as described in claim 2, wherein, One of the verification methods is for the management platform server to determine whether the source of the case matches the unit group or business role of the person making the query for each query record. When the management platform server determines that the source of the case does not match the unit group or business role of the person making the query, the management platform server generates a verification result indicating an anomaly.
4. The customer data management system as described in claim 2, wherein, One verification method involves the management platform server determining whether the product name in each query record matches the product name in at least one of the multiple product service records of the queried customer. If the management platform server determines that the product name in the query record does not match the product name in at least one of the product service records of the queried customer, the management platform server generates a verification result indicating an anomaly.
