Abstract

This invention provides an impeller structure for a motorcycle water pump, which mainly includes: a disc body with a guide column protruding from the center of its top surface, and a plurality of blades arranged around the guide column. Each blade is arc-shaped, and a first groove is provided on the top surface of the disc body between every two blades. A rotating shaft is provided on the bottom surface of the disc body. The rotating shaft can be connected to the power system of the motorcycle engine. The first grooves make the impeller structure itself lighter, thereby improving the efficiency of the water pump.

Claims

1. An impeller structure for a locomotive water pump, which mainly includes: A disc-shaped body with a guide column protruding from the top surface at its center and a rotating shaft on the bottom surface; And a plurality of blades, disposed on the top surface of the disk and surrounding the guide column, each blade being arc-shaped, and a first groove being provided on the top surface of the disk between every two blades.

2. The impeller structure of the locomotive water pump as described in claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the disc is provided with a plurality of second grooves, and each of the second grooves is arranged radially around the rotating shaft.

3. The impeller structure of the locomotive water pump as described in claim 2, wherein each of the first grooves and each of the second grooves are spherical grooves, and their diameters are the same or different.

4. The impeller structure of the locomotive water pump as described in claim 1, wherein the number of the first grooves between every two blades is multiple, and each of the first grooves is arranged in two rows at intervals.

5. The impeller structure of the locomotive water pump as described in claim 1, wherein each blade has a convex arc surface and a concave arc surface, the convex arc surface facing the outer periphery of the disc body, and the concave arc surface facing the guide column.

6. The impeller structure of the locomotive water pump as described in claim 5, wherein the front end of each blade is spaced apart from the guide column, and the junction of the front end of the blade and the concave arc surface forms a rounded corner, and the junction of the front end of the blade and the convex arc surface forms a sharp corner.

7. The impeller structure of the locomotive water pump as described in claim 1, wherein the top and bottom surfaces of the disc form an inclined plane from the outside in and from the bottom up.
