Abstract
Claims
1. An assembly apparatus, improved in that it comprises: The first carrier is used to carry and position the first material; A second carrier is used to carry and position a second material; a locking mechanism includes a positioning component, a latching component, and a locking component, wherein the positioning component and the latching component are disposed on the first carrier, and the locking component is disposed on the second carrier; the positioning component can be inserted into and engaged with the second carrier in a first direction; when the positioning component is inserted into and engaged with the second carrier, the locking component can elastically push against the positioning component in a direction perpendicular to the first direction; the latching component can engage the first carrier and restrict the first carrier from moving relative to the second carrier in the first direction.
2. The assembly apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein: The locking assembly includes a first pressing member, a first elastic member, a second pressing member, and a second elastic member. The first elastic member connects the first pressing member and the second carrier and is capable of driving the first pressing member to apply a thrust to the positioning assembly along a second direction. The second elastic member connects the second pressing member and the second carrier and is capable of driving the second pressing member to apply a thrust to the positioning assembly along a third direction. The third direction is perpendicular to the second direction and the first direction.
3. The assembly apparatus as described in claim 2, wherein: The positioning component includes a first positioning block and a second positioning block. The second carrier is provided with a first positioning groove and a second positioning groove. The first positioning block is used to insert into the first positioning groove, and the second positioning block is used to insert into the second positioning groove. The first pressing member is used to apply a pushing force to the first positioning block in the first positioning groove, and the second pressing member is used to apply a pushing force to the second positioning block in the second positioning groove.
4. The assembly apparatus as described in claim 3, wherein: The first positioning block has a first inclined surface, which is located on the side of the first positioning block facing away from the first pressing member and is used to abut against the inner wall of the first positioning groove; the second positioning block has a second inclined surface, which is located on the side of the second positioning block facing away from the second pressing member and is used to abut against the inner wall of the second positioning groove.
5. The assembly apparatus as described in claim 3, wherein: The positioning component includes two first positioning blocks and two second positioning blocks, with the two first positioning blocks disposed between the two second positioning blocks.
6. The assembly apparatus as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: The assembly device further includes a back plate and a first deformable element, the first deformable element elastically connecting the back plate and the first carrier, the back plate being used to connect the positioning component and the snap-fit component; the first deformable element elastically deforms when the snap-fit component snaps into the second carrier, and applies a thrust to the first carrier toward the second carrier.
7. The assembly apparatus as described in claim 6, wherein: The positioning component is connected to a second deformable element, which is connected to the first carrier. The second deformable element elastically deforms when the latching component engages with the second carrier, and applies a thrust to the first carrier toward the second deformable element.
8. The assembly apparatus as described in claim 6, wherein: The latching assembly includes two clamping arms spaced apart on the back plate, each clamping arm having a locking block; the second carrier has a locking slot on each of its opposite sides along the third direction; the two clamping arms respectively clamp the second carrier on its opposite sides along the third direction, and each locking block is locked in one of the locking slots.
9. The assembly apparatus as described in claim 8, wherein: The end of each clamping arm away from the locking block can rotate relative to the back plate to a first position and a second position. When the clamping arm is in the first position, the locking block is engaged in the locking slot; when the clamping arm is in the second position, the locking block is disengaged from the locking slot. Each clamping arm is connected to the back plate by an elastic reset member, which provides elastic force to cause the clamping arm to move toward the first position.
10. The assembly apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein: The first carrier is provided with a first receiving trough for carrying the first material; the second carrier is provided with a second receiving trough for receiving the second material; the assembly device further includes a first cover plate and a second cover plate, the first cover plate being connected to the first carrier and used to press the first material against the first carrier; the second cover plate being detachably connected to the second carrier and used to press the second material against the second carrier.
