Abstract

This invention relates to a septic tank cover structure, comprising: a base attached to the septic tank, a waterproof ring disposed on the base, and a cover disposed on the base; wherein, the base has an outlet hole, and the top forms a cover edge, with the waterproof ring embedded inside the outlet hole, and several lugs extending vertically from the bottom of the outer periphery of the cover edge, each lug having a through hole, for use when the base is placed facing the inlet hole of the septic tank and pre-embedded in the septic tank, the cement prepared to form the septic tank is horizontally filled through the through hole and fixed therein; the horizontal through holes of the lugs allow the cement to pass through to form a gripping and embedding firmness, ensuring that the cover is firmly attached to the septic tank by means of the base.

Claims

1. A septic tank cover structure, the cover 1 comprising: a base, which is cylindrical in shape, having a cover edge with a larger outer diameter formed horizontally at the top of the base, a through-hole formed inside the base, a number of notches recessed on the inner side of the cover edge opposite to the periphery of the through-hole, a number of lugs extending axially equally from the bottom of the outer periphery of the cover edge, each lug having a through-hole for cement used to make the septic tank to flow through and be fixed in the through-hole; a waterproof ring for being fitted into the inner ring side of the through-hole of the base; a cover for sealing and fixing the through-hole of the base, the cover having a top edge with an outer diameter larger than the diameter of the through-hole on the top surface opposite to the base, the notch being exposed outside the top edge, the bottom side of the top edge being able to contact the waterproof ring, and a body extending axially from the bottom surface of the top edge for being inserted into the inner side of the through-hole.

2. The septic tank cover structure as described in claim 1, wherein the inner ring side of the cover edge of the base is recessed with a groove whose inner diameter is larger than that of the outlet hole, the groove is for the waterproof ring to be embedded, and the cover forms a concave annular groove at the junction of the top edge and the body, the groove abutting against the waterproof ring.

3. The septic tank cover structure as described in claim 1, wherein the outer side of the body of the cover may be a convex arc surface, and the outer side of the body may be in a tight fit with the inner side of the outlet hole of the base.

4. The septic tank cover structure as described in claim 1, wherein the cover edge of the base is annular.

5. The septic tank cover structure as described in claim 1, wherein the cover edge of the base is square-shaped.
