Abstract
Claims
1. A tool structure for a slotting section of corrugated cardboard, comprising a body, the body comprising a main guide plate, the main guide plate comprising a slotting knife holder for slotting corrugated cardboard, a plurality of paper pressing rollers for conveying corrugated cardboard, and a slotting roller for supporting the lower part of the corrugated cardboard, characterized in that the main guide plate and the slotting knife holder are integrally assembled, and there is no need to lock other components on the main guide plate for positioning and lateral movement of the slotting knife holder.
2. The cutting tool structure of the corrugated cardboard slotting section as described in claim 1, wherein the main guide plate is provided with a guide plate, and the corrugated cardboard is placed between the guide plates during the slotting process. The guide plate can prevent the slotting knife holder from lateral deviation and the corrugated cardboard from being pulled upward by the slotting knife holder, resulting in inaccurate slotting position offset.
3. The cutting tool structure for the slotted portion of corrugated cardboard as described in claim 1, wherein the slotting tool holder includes a toothed blade for slotting the corrugated cardboard and a corner blade for cutting off the folded edge notch.
4. The tool structure of the corrugated cardboard slotting part as described in claim 1, wherein the slotting tool holder is provided with a tool transmission wheel, and the slotting tool holder can rotate by means of the tool transmission wheel to achieve the function of slotting the corrugated cardboard by rotation.
5. The cutting tool structure for the slotted portion of corrugated cardboard as described in claim 3, wherein the corner cutter is disposed on a corner cutter holder.
6. The cutting tool structure of the corrugated cardboard slotting section as described in claim 1, wherein the lower slotting wheel is disposed at the corresponding position of the slotting tool holder, and is able to clamp the corrugated cardboard between the two to achieve the function of supporting the corrugated cardboard.
7. The cutting tool structure of the slotting part of the corrugated cardboard as described in claim 1, wherein the pressure rollers are in pairs and are used to clamp the corrugated cardboard between the pressure rollers, and the cardboard is transported to the slotting knife holder by means of the rolling and rotating of the pressure rollers.
