Abstract

This invention discloses a suspended door retraction device, located at the top of the door frame and connected to a pulley system. It comprises a housing, a retraction assembly, an adjusting shaft, and a fixing member. The housing has an accommodating space and side access holes communicating with the accommodating space, as well as upper and lower assembly holes. A protruding part at the bottom forms a locking area with a limiting rod. The retraction assembly is located in the accommodating space and includes a retraction seat, an elastic element, and a wire. The retraction seat has first and second accommodating grooves and a through hole. The elastic element is located in the first accommodating groove, and the wire is wound around the second accommodating groove and connected to the pulley system. The adjusting shaft passes through the through hole and engages with the elastic element, with both ends pivotally mounted in the upper and lower assembly holes, respectively. The fixing member is located between the retraction seat and the bottom of the housing and engages in the locking area of the housing to clamp the adjusting part of the adjusting shaft.

Claims

1. A suspended door retraction device, which is fixed at the top to a door frame and connected to a pulley system, comprising: A housing has an internal accommodating space, and one side of the housing has a side connection hole. The top and bottom of the housing each have a corresponding upper connection hole and a lower connection hole. The side connection hole, the upper connection hole, and the lower connection hole communicate with the accommodating space. The bottom of the housing and within the accommodating space have a plurality of protrusions. The protrusions are spaced apart. Two limiting rods pass through any two protrusions on the same side, and a locking area is formed between each limiting rod and any two protrusions. A reset assembly is located within the accommodating space and includes a reset seat, an elastic element, and a wire. The reset seat has a first accommodating groove, a second accommodating groove surrounding the side wall of the reset seat, and a through hole. The first accommodating groove is located on the end face of the reset seat, and the through hole passes through the reset seat and communicates with the first accommodating groove. The elastic element is located in the first accommodating groove, and the wire is located in the second accommodating groove. One end of the wire passes through the side connection hole and is connected to the pulley assembly, while the other end is fixed to the bottom surface of the second accommodating groove. An adjusting shaft, part of which is located within the accommodating space, has an adjusting end and a connecting end at its two ends. The adjusting end has an adjusting portion and an adjusting groove axially cut into it. The connecting end has a snap-fit groove axially cut into it. The adjusting shaft passes through the connecting hole with the connecting end and snaps into one end of the elastic member with the snap-fit groove. The adjusting shaft is pivotally mounted on the upper connecting hole with the connecting end and on the lower connecting hole with the adjusting end. A fixing member is located within the accommodating space and is installed between the reset seat and the bottom end of the housing. The fixing member has a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion at its two ends. The first engaging portion and the second engaging portion are connected to each other by a clamping portion and are respectively snapped into each engaging area of the housing. The clamping portion elastically clamps the adjusting portion of the adjusting shaft.

2. The suspended door return device as described in claim 1, wherein the first engaging portion further comprises a bending section and two expanding sections, and the clamping portion further comprises a first clamping section and a second clamping section, one end of each expanding section is connected to both ends of the bending section, the other end of each expanding section is connected to the first clamping section and the second clamping section, and the bending section is engaged in the engaging area on either side of the housing.

3. The suspended door return device as described in claim 2, wherein the second engaging portion further comprises two symmetrical connecting sections and two retractable sections, one end of each connecting section being connected to the first clamping section and the second clamping section respectively, the other end of each connecting section being connected to each retractable section respectively, and each retractable section being engaged in the engaging area on any side of the housing.

4. The suspended door return device as described in claim 2, wherein the adjusting part further includes a limiting block and an adjusting block, the two ends of the limiting block are respectively connected to the adjusting block and a main shaft of the adjusting shaft, and the first clamping segment and the second clamping segment elastically clamp the limiting block, and the rotation of the limiting block causes the first clamping segment and the second clamping segment to move closer to or further away from each other.

5. The suspended door return device as described in claim 4, wherein the main shaft further has a first shaft diameter section, a second shaft diameter section and a third shaft diameter section, the two ends of the second shaft diameter section are respectively connected to the first shaft diameter section and the third shaft diameter section, the other end of the first shaft diameter section is connected to the adjustment part, and the first shaft diameter section is located in the through hole, the second shaft diameter section is located in the first receiving groove, and the third shaft diameter section is located in the upper assembly hole.

6. The suspended door return device as described in claim 5, wherein the diameter of the first shaft segment is greater than that of the second shaft segment, and the diameter of the second shaft segment is greater than that of the third shaft segment.

7. The suspended door return device as described in claim 1, wherein the reset assembly further includes a silencing element movably mounted in the second receiving groove.
