Acupuncture needle structure

Abstract

This invention provides an acupuncture needle structure comprising a needle body and a spiral body disposed at the rear end of the needle body. The front end of the needle body forms a needle tip with a conical appearance and a taper between 0.22 degrees and 0.32 degrees, and the tip of the needle is rounded. With the above structure, when the operator applies acupuncture around the eye, it will not cause rupture of the optic nerve and microvessels, and when the operator repeatedly performs twisting needling treatment after inserting the acupuncture needle, it will avoid damage to the optic nerve and microvessels.

Claims

1. An acupuncture needle structure, comprising: a needle body having a front end and a rear end, the front end forming a needle tip; and a spiral body disposed at and connected to the rear end of the needle body; characterized in that: the needle tip has a conical appearance, the taper being between 0.22 degrees and 0.32 degrees, and the end of the needle tip is rounded; thereby reducing the risk of puncture injury when the needle body contacts nerve tissue during acupuncture operation, and reducing the possibility of scratching the nerve when performing the needle twisting action.

2. The acupuncture needle structure as described in claim 1, wherein the spiral body is made of plastic.
