Claims

1. A leak detection device, comprising: A water cooling block has a first side and a second side facing each other, the first side being used to contact a heat source; A plurality of pipes are disposed on the second side of the water cooling head; a sensing unit is disposed on the second side of the water cooling head and includes a first patterned line and a second patterned line facing the plurality of pipes, wherein the first patterned line and the second patterned line do not intersect each other; and a control unit is connected to the first patterned line and the second patterned line to detect the impedance change of the loop formed by the first patterned line and the second patterned line.

2. The leak detection device as described in claim 1, wherein, When a liquid leaks from the multiple pipelines and the liquid drips onto the sensing unit, the liquid forms a loop with the first patterned line and the second patterned line. The control unit generates a corresponding control signal based on the impedance change of the loop.

3. The leak detection device as described in claim 1, wherein, The first patterned line has a plurality of connected first line segments, and the second patterned line has a plurality of connected second line segments, the plurality of first line segments and the plurality of second line segments being arranged alternately and spaced apart from each other.

4. The leak detection device as described in claim 3, wherein, The first line segment and the second line segment are separated by a distance from each other.

5. The leak detection device as described in claim 4, wherein, The spacing is equal to the line width of the first line segment or the line width of the second line segment.

6. The leak detection device as described in claim 5, wherein, The spacing, the line width of the first line segment, and the line width of the second line segment range from 20 mils to 40 mils.

7. The leak detection device as claimed in claim 3 further includes an impedance unit for connecting the first patterned line and the second patterned line, such that the impedance unit, the first patterned line, and the second patterned line form the circuit.

8. The leak detection device as described in claim 7, wherein, The impedance unit spans the connection between the adjacent single first segment and the single second segment.

9. The leak detection device as described in claim 7, wherein, This impedance unit is a resistor.

10. The leak detection device as described in claim 1, wherein, The first patterned circuit and the second patterned circuit are copper wires.
