Abstract

A torque wrench with a double-layer handle and adjustment release ring includes a torque rod sleeved around the outer periphery of the wrench head, one end of a screw rod connected to an inner handle, a nut screwed onto the screw rod at one end of a torque adjustment component, a top pin structure at one end of the wrench head, one end of a pressure spring connected to the top pin structure, and the other end of the pressure spring abutting against the other end of the torque adjustment component. The main features are: an outer handle sleeved around the outer periphery of the inner handle, a fixed seat fixed to the torque rod, a switch ring and an adjustment release ring between the fixed seat and the inner handle, and the inner handle and the adjustment release ring having first and second ratchet teeth engaging. The protrusion of the adjustment release ring aligns with the notch of the switch ring. By gripping the outer handle and pushing the adjustment release ring forward, the user disengages from the inner handle, causing the inner handle to rotate rapidly to zero. Because the user grips the outer handle, the rapid rotation of the inner handle to zero during operation is effectively avoided, preventing the user from being affected or startled, while simultaneously providing safe and convenient operation.

Claims

1. A torque wrench with a double-layered handle and adjustable release ring, comprising: A torsion bar is sleeved around the rear outer periphery of a wrench head, and a pressure spring passes through the inside of the torsion bar. A torque adjustment component has a nut at one end, and a screw rod is connected to an inner handle at one end. The nut is screwed onto the screw rod. A top pin structure is provided at one end of the wrench head, and one end of the pressure spring is attached to the top pin structure. The other end of the pressure spring abuts against the other end of the torque adjustment component. Its characteristic is that: An outer handle is fitted around the outer periphery of the inner handle. A fixed base is fixed to the middle section of the torsion bar, and the end of the torsion bar is fixed to the torque adjustment assembly. A switch ring and an adjustment release ring are assembled between the inner handle and the fixed base. An elastic element rests between the fixed base and the adjustment release ring. The inner handle and the adjustment release ring are respectively provided with a first and a second ratchet that mesh with each other. The circumferential surface of the switch ring is provided with an open and a closed position. The adjustment release ring is provided with a mark. The switch ring can be rotated to the open or closed position to align with the mark; the closed position is aligned with the mark. The adjustment release ring, the switch ring, or the fixed base... The interlocking concave-convex structure is designed to prevent misalignment, thus rendering the adjustment release ring non-adjustable. When the open position aligns with the mark, the interlocking concave-convex structure between the adjustment release ring, the switch ring, or the fixing base is aligned, making the adjustment release ring adjustable. By holding the outer handle and pushing the adjustment release ring, the second ratchet disengages from the first ratchet of the inner handle, causing the inner handle to rotate rapidly to zero. Holding the outer handle effectively prevents the user from being affected or startled by the rapid rotation of the inner handle to zero during operation, while providing safe and convenient operation.

2. The torque wrench with a double-layered handle and adjusting release ring as described in claim 1, wherein the concave-convex structure includes a number of protrusions in the adjusting release ring and a number of notches in the switching ring.

3. The torque wrench with a double-layer handle and adjustable release ring as described in claim 1, wherein a positioning structure is provided between the switch ring and the fixed base.

4. The torque wrench with a double-layer handle and adjustable release ring as described in claim 3, wherein the positioning structure includes a switch ring with a number of protrusions and the fixing seat with a number of two concave points.
