Abstract
Claims
1. A hub axle structure, comprising: A shaft body has an extended rod portion, one end of which is provided with a head. The head has a positioning portion that is larger than the outer diameter of the rod portion, and an annular stepped surface is formed at the junction of the positioning portion and the rod portion. The annular stepped surface has a first step surface and a second step surface, wherein the outer diameter of the second step surface is smaller than the outer diameter of the first step surface. A gasket is a ring-shaped body independently machined from the shaft body. The gasket is fitted onto the head of the shaft body. The gasket has a mating end that abuts against the annular stepped surface and a contact end facing outward in the axial direction, wherein the maximum outer diameter of the gasket is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the rod portion of the shaft body. The gasket is assembled and joined with the head of the shaft body.
2. The hub shaft structure as described in claim 1 further includes a fixing structure, wherein the fixing structure has an axially extending slot on the ring body of the gasket, so that the gasket has a radially deformable elasticity, thereby allowing the gasket to be elastically clamped and fixed to the head of the shaft body.
3. The hub shaft structure as described in claim 2, wherein the fixing structure has an external thread on the head of the shaft body and an internal thread on the inner periphery of the washer, and the washer is fixed to the shaft body by screwing the internal thread and the external thread together.
4. The hub axle structure as described in claim 1, wherein the gasket is fitted and fixed to the head of the axle body in a tight fit manner.
5. The hub shaft structure as described in claim 1, wherein the contact end of the gasket is provided with a plurality of radially arranged anti-slip teeth.
