Digital ruler and compass drawing teaching aids

Abstract

A digital ruler and compass drawing teaching tool includes: a display device, an input device, a storage device, and a processor. The display device displays a drawing interface, which includes a drawing sheet and multiple function icons. The input device generates operation commands based on click or drag actions input through the drawing interface. A first parameter setting module sets a first endpoint on the drawing sheet. A second parameter setting module sets a second endpoint on the drawing sheet and generates a length parameter based on the distance between the first and second endpoints. A first drawing module draws a circular dashed line on the drawing sheet with the first endpoint as the center and the length parameter as the radius, and a second drawing module draws solid lines along the circular dashed line, using the clicked position of the circular dashed line as the starting point to draw solid lines covering the circular dashed line.
