Abstract
Claims
1. A fast-combining common-mode filter, comprising: a first substrate, the first substrate having a first partition plate, a first positioning plate, and a second positioning plate; a first inductor assembly disposed on the first substrate, the first inductor assembly having a first flange, the first flange having a first groove, one side of the first groove being open and the other side being arc-shaped, the first inductor assembly having a second flange, the second flange having a second groove, one side of the second groove being open and the other side being arc-shaped, the first inductor assembly having a first connecting portion located on one side of the first flange, the first inductor assembly having a second connecting portion located on one side of the second flange, the first inductor assembly having a first central post, the two ends of the first central post being fitted with the first groove and the second groove, the surface of the first central post being coated with an insulating layer, and the first inductor assembly having a first coil wound around the first central post; A second inductor assembly is disposed on the first substrate. The second inductor assembly has a third flange with a third groove, one side of which is open and the other side is arc-shaped. The second inductor assembly also has a fourth flange with a fourth groove, one side of which is open and the other side is arc-shaped. The second inductor assembly has a first bonding portion located on one side of the third flange. The second inductor assembly also has a second bonding portion located on one side of the fourth flange. The second inductor assembly has a second central post, both ends of which are fitted with the third and fourth grooves. An insulating layer is coated on the surface of the second central post. The second inductor assembly also has a second coil wound around the second central post.
2. The fast-combining common-mode filter as described in claim 1, wherein the first junction of the first inductor group is a convex or concave portion, and the second junction of the first inductor group is a convex or concave portion.
3. The fast-combining common-mode filter as described in claim 1, wherein the first coupled portion of the second inductor group is a convex or concave portion, and the second coupled portion of the second inductor group is a convex or concave portion.
4. The fast-combining common-mode filter as described in claim 1, wherein the first and second flanges of the first inductor group and the third and fourth flanges of the second inductor group are made of manganese-zinc ferrite, or nickel-zinc ferrite, or metallic powder core.
5. The fast-combining common-mode filter as described in claim 1, wherein the first and second intermediate pillars are made of manganese-zinc ferrite, nickel-zinc ferrite, or metallic powder core.
6. A fast-combining common-mode filter, comprising: a second substrate having a second partition plate, a third positioning plate, and a fourth positioning plate; a third inductor assembly disposed on the second substrate, having a fifth flange having a first through-hole, and a sixth flange having a second through-hole; a third coupling portion located on one side of the fifth flange; a fourth coupling portion located on one side of the sixth flange; a third central post with both ends engaging with the first and second through-holes; an insulating layer coated on the surface of the third central post; and a third coil wound around the third central post. The fourth inductor group is disposed on the second substrate. The fourth inductor group has a seventh flange with a third through hole, and an eighth flange with a fourth through hole. The fourth inductor group also has a third bonding portion located on one side of the seventh flange and a fourth bonding portion located on one side of the eighth flange. The fourth inductor group has a fourth central post with both ends engaging with the third and fourth through holes. An insulating layer is coated on the surface of the fourth central post. The fourth inductor group also has a fourth coil wound around the fourth central post.
7. The fast-combining common-mode filter as described in claim 6, wherein the third junction of the third inductor group is a convex portion, and the fourth junction of the third inductor group is a convex portion.
8. The fast-combining common-mode filter as described in claim 6, wherein the third coupled portion of the fourth inductor group is a convex portion, and the fourth coupled portion of the fourth inductor group is a convex portion.
9. The fast-combining common-mode filter as described in claim 6, wherein the fifth and sixth flanges of the third inductor group and the seventh and eighth flanges of the fourth inductor group are made of manganese-zinc ferrite, or nickel-zinc ferrite, or metallic powder core.
