Abstract
Claims
1. A heating system for a solar panel recycling and stripping device, used to heat a solar panel, comprising: At least two sets of heating devices, each of which includes a control group, a reflector, and a heating tube. The control group is connected to the reflector to rotate the reflector in either the forward or reverse direction, and the heating tube is disposed between the reflectors. At least one thermal imager is disposed between the two heating devices and is used to detect the temperature of various local locations after the heating devices heat the solar panel. The thermal imager provides feedback to the heating devices, controlling the control group of the heating devices to move the reflector to adjust the angle of the reflector relative to the heating tube.
2. The heating system of the solar panel recycling and stripping equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the heating device is provided in four groups, and each group is configured in pairs, and the thermal imager is provided between each pair of heating devices.
3. The heating system of the solar panel recycling stripping equipment as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein the reflector has an inverted U-shaped cross-section.
4. The heating system of the solar panel recycling and stripping equipment as described in claim 3, wherein the reflector is expanded on both sides.
5. The heating system of the solar panel recycling stripping equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the heating tubes are carbon heating tubes.
6. The heating system of the solar panel recycling and stripping equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the control group of the heating devices is provided with a motor, the motor drives a pulley assembly, the pulley assembly can drive a linkage to rotate in the forward or reverse direction, the reflector is fixed between the linkage, and the temperature change detected by the thermal imager is fed back to the heating devices to control the motor of the heating devices to drive the pulley assembly, sequentially drive the linkage and the reflector, so as to adjust the angle of the reflector relative to the heating tube.
