Abstract
Claims
1. A business sustainability simulation system, comprising: a strategy database storing business sustainability strategy information; an operation interface receiving business sustainability strategy signals from one of a plurality of businesses; a storage device storing a business sustainability start state and a business sustainability operation state from one of the plurality of businesses; and a processor electrically connected to the strategy database, the operation interface, and the storage device, generating corresponding business sustainability strategy information from the strategy database based on the business sustainability strategy signals, and calculating the business sustainability operation state based on the business sustainability strategy information and the business sustainability start state; wherein the processor further determines whether a preset number of rounds has been reached; if the preset number of rounds has not been reached, an operation round count is incremented by one, and the business sustainability strategy signals are continuously received through the operation interface; and if the operation round count reaches the preset number of rounds, the processor generates a business sustainability simulation result based on the calculated business sustainability operation state, and selects at least one optimal business from the business sustainability simulation result.
2. The enterprise sustainability simulation system as described in claim 1, wherein the initial sustainability state includes an initial number of operating resource points, an environmental protection, social responsibility and corporate governance score, an enterprise market value and a risk value; the enterprise sustainability strategy information includes environmental information, social information and governance information; wherein the best enterprise includes a best risk management enterprise, a best sustainability enterprise and a best market value growth enterprise; the best risk management enterprise is the enterprise with the lowest risk value in the sustainability simulation results; the best sustainability enterprise is the enterprise with the highest environmental protection, social responsibility and corporate governance score in the sustainability simulation results; the best market value growth enterprise is the enterprise with the highest market value in the sustainability simulation results; wherein the sustainability strategy signal includes a first strategy instruction and a second strategy instruction; wherein the processor selects the environmental information, the social information or the governance information from the strategy database according to the first strategy instruction, and selects the environmental information, the social information or the governance information from the strategy database according to the second strategy instruction; The environmental information corresponds to an environmental resource point, the social information corresponds to a social resource point, and the governance information corresponds to a governance resource point. The processor calculates the sustainable operation status by subtracting the environmental resource point, social resource point, or governance resource point from the initial operating resource point based on the selected environmental information, social information, or governance information, thereby generating the sustainable operation simulation result.
3. The enterprise sustainability simulation system as described in claim 2, wherein the enterprise sustainability strategy information further includes attack strategy information and defense strategy information, wherein the attack strategy information corresponds to an attack point, the defense strategy information corresponds to a defense point, the attack strategy information corresponds to reducing the environmental protection social responsibility and corporate governance score, reducing the enterprise market value, or increasing the risk value, and the defense strategy information corresponds to offsetting the reduction in the environmental protection social responsibility and corporate governance score, offsetting the reduction in the enterprise market value, or offsetting the increase in the risk value caused by the attack strategy information; wherein the processor further calculates the sustainability operation status by deducting the attack point and the defense point from the initial operating resource points to generate the sustainability simulation result.
4. The enterprise sustainability simulation system as described in claim 3, wherein the enterprise sustainability strategy information further includes a random event, which is generated according to the first strategy instruction and the second strategy instruction. The random event has an effect value, and the effect value corresponds to decreasing or increasing the environmental protection social responsibility and corporate governance score, decreasing or increasing the enterprise's market value, or increasing or decreasing the risk value. The random event includes a board dispute exposure event, a social responsibility award shortlist event, a government-subsidized sustainable transformation event, an international carbon tax policy implementation event, and an environmental protection social responsibility and corporate governance rating agency investigation event. The processor further calculates the sustainable operation status based on the initial operating resource points and the effect value to generate the sustainable operation simulation result.
5. The enterprise sustainability simulation system as described in claim 4 further includes an event triggering module electrically connected to the processor. The processor determines whether to generate the random event based on a triggering condition. The triggering condition includes: generating a board dispute exposure event when the first strategy instruction and the second strategy instruction do not contain the governance information within a preset number of random event rounds; wherein the board dispute exposure event reduces the environmental social responsibility and corporate governance score and increases the risk value; generating a social responsibility award shortlist event when the social information exceeds a first preset quantity; wherein the social responsibility award shortlist event increases the environmental social responsibility and corporate governance score; generating a government-subsidized sustainable transformation event when the environmental social responsibility and corporate governance score exceeds a preset score; wherein the government-subsidized sustainable transformation event increases the enterprise's market capitalization and increases the initial operating resource points; generating an international carbon tax policy implementation event when the environmental information is less than a second preset quantity; wherein the international carbon tax policy implementation event reduces the enterprise's market capitalization and increases the risk value. When the governance information is less than a third preset quantity, an investigation event by the environmental social responsibility and corporate governance rating agency is generated; wherein the investigation event by the environmental social responsibility and corporate governance rating agency reduces the environmental social responsibility and corporate governance score and increases the risk value.
6. The business sustainability simulation system as described in claim 1, wherein the simulation results and the at least one best enterprise are displayed via a display device.
