Abstract

The purpose of this invention is to provide a material collection device and a material collection vehicle that can use the bending force of the forearm or main boom of the material collection vehicle to assist the tensile force of the winch, so that even a winch with low cost and small tensile force can be used for material collection. The material collection vehicle 5 includes: a basic machine consisting of a traveling body 51 and a rotating body 52; a main boom 54 mounted on the rotating body; an arm 56 mounted on the main boom; a rope R for pulling the material collection object W closer to the basic machine; a winch 6 for winding the rope; and a clamping device 100 mounted on the arm. This clamping device locks the rope R when the arm 56 bends and releases the rope R when the arm 56 extends.

Claims

1. A material collection device for a material collection vehicle, comprising a basic machine consisting of a walking body and a rotating body, a main boom mounted on the rotating body, and an arm mounted on the main boom, characterized in that it comprises: a rope mounted on the material collection object; a winch for winding the rope; and a clamping device mounted on the arm, which locks the rope when the arm bends and releases the rope when the arm extends.

2. The material collection device for a material collection vehicle as described in claim 1, wherein the aforementioned clamping device has a fastening release tool for releasing the locking of the aforementioned rope.

3. A material collection vehicle comprising: a base machine consisting of a traveling body and a rotating body; a main boom mounted on the rotating body; a forearm mounted on the main boom; a rope for pulling the material collection object toward the base machine; a winch for winding the rope; and a clamping device mounted on the forearm, which locks the rope when the forearm bends and releases the rope when the forearm extends.
