Abstract

This invention relates to an energy-attaching device, comprising a processing channel, a conveying unit, and at least one energy-attaching device. The conveying unit is connected to the processing channel and is used to convey at least one item to the conveying space of the processing channel. The energy-attaching device is disposed on the processing channel and surrounds the conveying space. The energy-attaching device generates terahertz waves and projects these waves onto the item located within the conveying space, thereby transferring energy to the item and making it a bio-energy item, which helps to reduce processing time and manufacturing costs.

Claims

1. An energy-adding device, comprising: A processing channel, including a conveying space; A conveying unit for conveying at least one item to the conveying space of the processing channel; and at least one energy-adding device, disposed on the processing channel and located around the conveying space, including: at least one terahertz wave generating unit for generating a terahertz wave; At least one first adjustment unit, wherein the position of the first adjustment unit corresponds to the terahertz wave generating unit, and is used to focus the terahertz wave generated by the terahertz wave generating unit, or adjust the focal length or projection position of the terahertz wave, so as to project the terahertz wave onto the article located in the conveying unit.

2. The energy-adding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the energy-adding device includes at least one far-infrared generating unit disposed on the processing channel and located around the conveying space, the far-infrared generating unit being used to project a generated far-infrared ray onto the article of the conveying unit.

3. The energy-adding device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the energy-adding device includes at least a second adjustment unit positioned corresponding to the far-infrared generating unit and used to focus the far-infrared rays generated by the far-infrared generating unit, or adjust the focal length or projection position of the far-infrared rays to project the far-infrared rays onto the article located in the conveying unit.

4. The energy-adding device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the energy-adding device includes at least one second adjustment unit positioned corresponding to the far-infrared generating unit and used to convert the far-infrared radiation generated by the far-infrared generating unit into the terahertz wave.

5. The energy-adding device as claimed in claim 1, comprising a plurality of reflectors disposed on the inner wall of the processing channel and located around the conveying space, the reflectors being used to reflect the terahertz wave.

6. The energy-adding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first adjustment unit comprises, for example, high-resistivity silicon, polyethylene, Teflon, cyclic olefin copolymer, quartz, or diamond.

7. The energy-adding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the article is a fiber product, a ceramic material wafer, a polymer composite material, a ceramic material, or reinforced glass.

8. The energy-adding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveying unit is a conveyor belt connected to the processing channel and used to convey the article into the conveying space of the processing channel or to output the article from the conveying space of the processing channel.

9. The energy-adding device as claimed in claim 1, comprising a control unit disposed on the processing channel, the control unit being electrically connected to the terahertz wave generating unit and used to control the terahertz wave generating unit to emit the terahertz wave.

10. The energy-adding device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the control unit is electrically connected to the first adjustment unit and adjusts the focal length or projection position of the terahertz wave through the first adjustment unit.

11. The energy-adding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control unit includes a display for displaying the operating status of the energy-adding device.
